The first was virtual, as I was downsizing from Seattle to become a digital nomad. The first meeting we had was so valuable, because she asked great questions that brought up things I might need that I had never thought about. She also was great at helping me edit down what I had, as my goal was to have the least amount of stuff possible. Lastly, she helped me find ways to organize what I did have in ways that were easy to pack up and move. Due to the pandemic, my plans were changed and I ended up buying a house in Louisville. Kim has been so helpful in thinking through how I organize my new house, down to what furniture I need to allow for storage. She is currently in the process of organizing my pantry, and I've never been so happy to have soda can holders (something I never knew I needed, but now my La Croix and beer is organized in my fridge and pantry and I love it!). I've never opened my pantry before and thought of it as a beautiful design element, but I do now. The labels and containers are functional of course, but also give me joy in being beautiful.
