Went in to look And remembered they used to offer a birthday discount on one item. My birthday was last week. I went up to the The lady working the desk( curly brown hair) she did not even great me and stared at me blankly she was EXTREMELY rude and snarky when I asked about the discount. She was very bitter and said people only come in once a year to get their discount and never comeback so they reduced the discount- person needs to be present and show a valid ID. I responded that's fine my birthday was last week and she seemed annoyed by me saying this. I was still going to purchase the item and possibly some sunglasses. But she acted like it was a chore to look up the price. I told her never mind. I didn't want to give my money to a business that does not care about politeness or customer service. They had just gotten a shipment in when I was there and a few pieces were on the "hospital" table in the back. I got a piece with a crack in it (but still had integrity) for $10. They have lots of Talavera pottery throughout the store but the Halloween items are on sale. I got an absolutely stunning Calavera (sugar skull) for only $15!!!!! I'm very excited to have found this spot and can't wait for the plants to show up out back in April!!!! They also have a small event space adjacent that hosts crafts.
