We decided on Maaco due to a potential sale of the car after repairs are done, that was their request. No longer an issue. Here we are on day 10, we pick up our very perfumed car. We were told the car was detailed, it was vacuumed and sprayed with something that is not nice. Some repairs that we were told were suppose to be done, were not completed. Apparently insurance said no to something. We were not called about this issue, not even told at pick up time. We discover this issue went back to discuss it, and were told insurance said no. I think it's bad business to not call someone or acknowledge this issue at all. The second issue is this company decided they were going to fix something that was not covered. Gave us a price for the item. When we picked it up it was more than double the price. Again no phone call to warn or ask permission to do this after the price was changed. This is so very wrong. That should be illegal. To double a price and not make a customer aware of this. The third thing is the tire was flat with only 6 pounds in it, never said anything or pumped up the tire. Who does this kind of stuff? We drove away and noticed it right away. @maacocanada

It finally got caught big time and came right off and had to be zip tied on. It was a 14 year old car so I didn't want to spend too much money and I googled and found MP3. Their price was alot cheaper than the other guys and they told me where and how to buy my own parts to keep the price down. They repaired it and painted it for 40% less than the "other guys" and done fast efficiently and right on budget. I will definitely use them for anything else I have as they really did a great job. I really recommend them.
