The poster shows a Cusco AIO with temp control function, said poster is still up on their wall as of 02/16. They gave me a cheap high supply AIO and told me that it's the same thing, uh, really? If this is the way they are doing business, then all the power to them and more power to customers who accept this kind of business practice. But I won't. I will be looking forward to filling complaints to any and all regulator/licensing agencies in the state for Massachusetts.

The people here actually know their products and stand behind them. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they remember their customers. They make you feel welcomed, like we've known each other forever. They know my order, they know what I like, and they take the stress out of choosing. This is their expertise, and they're damn good at it. I'm horrible with names, but I never forget their faces. Today I finally got a name--Peter helped me.
