I would've been better off to donate the 2 trucks full of high end furniture to Goodwill, or sell my Ethan Allen, Herendon and Karastan items on FB Marketplace, or simply have a garage sale. She chose the first weekend of Riverfest for the sale (?!?). Why would you do that? I had $30 K in inventory and less than 25% sold. She didn't dust the furniture (which she was aware had been stored in the attic for over a year), which I expected would be done for a 40% cut. To add insult to injury, I had to ask twice for my measly final payment. Out of the 320 pictures posted, 25% (80...I counted) were of my items and the remaining 240 were pics of the items that belonged to the people I paid the $2000 fee. I ended up grossing $500 total after I paid her, the movers and the fee to use a home for 9 days. So if you're keeping track, everyone involved made a lot more money than me, the person who actually owned the $30 K of high end furniture. How f****d up is that? I wanted to have the sale at my home, but she insisted the $4000 spent on location and movers would be worth it. It wasn't. I told her flat out that I was upset. Her response? "Got it". Didn't even bother to ask why I was upset, because she already knows. She's got my money and there's nothing I can do about it, except write this review and hope somebody out there will pay heed and save themselves the pain and aggravation. Listen, there are many people who put on Estate Sales. I wish I would've chosen someone else. Anyone else. You should choose someone else. Anyone else. She always keeps lines of communication open through text, email, and phone. Even when it comes to dealing with difficult clients or customers she always remains professional! They were out here at 6:30am using loud power tools waking us, and probably other neighbors. I don't know what time it was but they woke me up early yesterday too. Running loud power tools in a neighborhood with young kids and working parents that are trying to sleep is inconsiderate. Please have your crews start at a time that is respectful of the people around them.

They also re-finished two teak pieces for me in a matching espresso brown. These three pieces of wood furniture have held up beautifully over the fives years since I had them refinished. I have also had this company come to my home and do repairs to wood railing and nicked furniture. They are very professional and thorough. The craftsman who came to the house worked until he was satisfied that he had done the best possible repair. I was completely pleased with ALL the work he did. I feel that their prices are inline with the quality of work they do. I highly recommend this company.
