They are only open M-F 9-5pm, so if you work those hours you can't get in to pick up your order. I had a situation today that upset me. True to form, my daughter's coach told me she needed a t-shirt today for team photos. However, the coach put the due date for the t-shirts with Shirtworks for 3 days from today. I was discussing my options with the helpful, but uncertain clerk, when a man came from the back room and told me aggressively and in no uncertain terms that they were not making the shirts until next week. He was angry and intimidating. He didn't need to be so rude and aggressive. The clerk had already told me that they wouldn't be able to make them. I ended up figuring out a backup plan with the clerk. In a small town, business owners should be more mindful of their behavior.
