If you have LOTS of time and LOTS of money these guy's do a good job, but you must be patient, they are VERY SLOW and VERY EXPENSIVE.

Stopped by The Copy Shop today to have an old car manual re-bound. The woman who helped me (wish I caught her name) was excellent, helped me solve my binding issues. And the price was excellent! Highly recommend this local business. read more

This business does not pay attention to detail in the slightest and is overcharging an insane amount. I went to get a few papers and brochures printed there and they came out grainy and not what we had discussed. The overall quality was unacceptable to take. I will now take my business to the UPS store to do all my copies and print jobs. They always give me a proof before print. read more

In the middle of a pandemic, when our little town is experiencing community spread and deaths, not a single employee had on a mask. Yes we do have a mask mandate in our state. The only masks were on customers! The young employee leaned over counter to talk to me! Then basically said he would have to work to find out a price for sending a package via FedEx, and told me to go onto their website and figure it out for myself. I did not feel safe in their store, and the employee would not help me. Not only will I no longer use their services, I will no longer recommend them to students. Masks should not be a political statement and businesses should follow the law, especially when the law protects the life and health of your customers. read more

No body wearing masks for safety which may have been ok because they were far away in a corner busy visiting rather than helping a customer anyway even after they saw me. They come across honest and they will take your money. But if you do have a problem, it would have to snow in July in Ellensburg before they took responsibility. I took a photo in and at their suggestion to keep it looking like a photo, they said the largest I could go was a 16x20 and the cost was approximately $75.00 I went with there suggestions I picked it up and it looked blurry and was not like a photo. I called and the man who help me got on the phone and made one excuse after another and took no responsibility, not even a little. So I won't go there again, I will go online and get my pictures on canvas for about 75% less at Canvas on the Cheap. Great quality and fast. To bad I didn't hear about them before I went into the copy shop. Service at the desk was good, price was high. Customer Service is the WORST. read more

This business is still open, maybe not the same location, but they're open. In this small town its one of the few businesses that offer printing (similar to a kinkos) so there aren't many options. But, after going there to print off some colored posters I would have rather ordered my prints online and waited a week for the delivery. In my book, they were high prices and not the best customer service. read more

I was at this store this morning and the combination of arrogance, rudeness, and ignorance from whom I can only assume was the store manager (based on his tone) was just shocking. DO NOT GO HERE. There are better places to go in town (Wildcat Shop, for one) but I had to go here based on the store hours. Even the cashier who checked me out had to apologize for the manager's behavior. Managers should always treat customers with a certain level of respect. When that employee is a professor at the university across the street, they should DEFINITELY show some respect, given much of their business comes from us. I'm making a point to let faculty and students know that they are not welcome at The Copy Shop. read more

I have observed this business over several years and it clearly is one of the dominate community services. Every time I go there I see local business owners fulfilling large projects. Either local realtors, architects, or attorneys. I have mostly faxed or used the high end copiers for jobs I just to not want to at home. From time to time I drop of a Fed Ex package. I am grateful for that convenience as I assume they do not get compensated except to generate more traffic. They just remolded as well. Looks nice. read more

I just spent $2.29 for ONE standard black and white copy taken from a USB drive. You charge people $2 for "full service printout" - a service that took your clerk less than 15 seconds to perform. If we do the math that's $8/hour (probably more) for someone to insert a drive click and print. Unconscionable. read more

I can honestly tell you not to spend your money here. I have been on both sides of the counter, and I will never go back in there. Before I worked there, I was sent in to pick up a small poster, where the party I was picking it up for was told it would cost them $15 to have it done, and then when I went in to buy it, it came out to be $35 some how. Jan 2016 I worked for Matt for a month, and the first two weeks were pretty fun and rough. I was new so mistakes were made, as per the norm for a new person being hired. Week 3 I kinda had a handle on things and I could do most of the work without help but when I made a mistake, Matt would explode and storm off to his office and slam/punch is door. I felt very unsafe after that. Another day that week a lady brought in her own paper to have us print on it, while another worker did that project she messed it up and came back in and talked with Matt and the other girl that did the order. When Matt found out that she made a mistake he just verbally smashed her in front of the customer. Week 4 a lady came in with some ultra-sound pictures she wanted laminated, so I took them back and started on them. Only to find out the hard way that ultra-sounds were thermal documents. Yes, Matt told me no thermal docs through the lamination machine, but never gave me any examples. The last 3 days of that week Matt was gone on a vacation/trip so I got to work with each of his other employees 1on1 each of those three days. So, yup, you guessed it. I busted my butt working while they slacked off and ordered me around. So I am trying to clean up, run orders, answer phone while two of the employees (one came in on her day off to hang out with the other) stood in the back watching me trying to juggle EVERYTHING. Then when Matt came back, I found out that he had talked with all of them one on one (my only guess is they teamed on to get rid of me) and he said that last Saturday was my last day working there. He wasnt even nice about it, just saying to get my stuff and leave, he would mail the check to me. I was even nice enough to stay late at least once a week to help him finish things, when his other employees would just bounce as soon as the door was locked. He got the business from his dad, and I hope is dad never finds out how he treated his employees, and if his dad has passed on, he would be rolling over in his gave with shame. Many people have commented on the hidden charges, and high prices, those are all true too. He might know the business, but he doesnt know anything about taking care of customers or his employees. read more

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever been to. The customer service is atrocious and I have never felt so angry over a printing job. I was ordering headshots and resumes (as an actor these are extremely important in my business) and they cut the top off of my resume on the back because the formatting didn't work. After paying for prints that were not what I wanted, the manager of the shop continued to not be helpful in changing my formatting and even belittled my intelligence by saying that "they offer Microsoft Word classes at Central." This asshole manager knew nothing about customer service and I will never be back to this business again. read more

Had a simple request of getting four 2"x3" photos printed off. They took two days to do this, had a HIDDEN FEE for emailing my order that I didn't know about until after placing my order, printed them the wrong size so I couldn't use them, pictures were poor quality and pixilated, returned them and the blonde guy was super rude. I was in there this morning to get copies made, They have no pricing listed anywhere and maybe I was stupid for not asking but it never crossed my mind that I would have to pay almost $1 per sheet for a color copy on regular copy paper. When I was given my total I said never mind, the owner, Matt, ripped my money out of my hand and started yelling at me. He told me that it wasn't his problem that I didn't do my due diligence in finding out costs. He told me that he wasn't going to let me steal from him and refused to give my back my cash. I finally had to pay for the copies. I work for a business in town and we use a lot of paperwork and are starting to re-do many of our forms and will be re-printing them. We will not be using the copy shop at any time in the future. Matt is a bad business owner who obviously has no experience in customer service who proudly claimed ownership even after yelling and swearing at me at ripping money out of my hand. I have lived in this area for over 20 years and it is sad to me that a local business that I can remember being a nice and friendly and helpful place has turned into such a negative place to go. Id rather order my paperwork through a mail order copy service. read more

If you're looking for a place that can print your images, this place can do that just fine. If, however, you're looking for a place to print images with quality, then this is not the best place. After receiving my images, I thought I will go ahead and print them at Fred Meyer as a joke thinking the quality would be the same. Nope, it was much better. I printed 1-8x10 & 1-11x14. The photos that I received from The Copy Shop do not even compare in quality on all levels (color, clarity, & paper). I did call before hand to see if they print photos and they said yes with excellent quality and paper choices. Paper choice is sub-par, they did say though that I could bring in my own paper which is cool but I wouldn't trust their printers to do the job properly. As a reference, the pictures that I had printed were not meant to be anything special, they were meant to test the precision of their printers (i.e. shades of black and lighter colors) complete fail. read more

I was in a hurry this morning ( 100 percent my own fault) and had been fighting to get a pdf to cooperate for me ( also, my own fault ).One of the gentleman working came over and saved my file to a flash drive, and got me out the door in time for work.
