First, the tent had holes all throughout and so we had to provide the duct tape to try to tape the holes. The companies response was "the rain will just roll off the sides", along with "this is just the time that people get stressed out about the event"...as if either of these statements were going to keep the guest dry. The rain, in fact, did not roll off the sides and the tent leaked raindrops onto the guest and decor all night. Also, the tent was put up in such a way that there were areas lose enough to collect water. So, throughout the day the water had to be constantly dumped from the roof as not to collapse the tent. With the sides, Not all sides of the tent had holes to stake into the ground. Lastly, it was put up and left with a ton of mildew that my mom was trying to clean herself. After contacting the company, they did send someone out to clean the tent. However, he was rude and acted extremely irritated that he had to come out and do this.

The flowers themselves were beautiful, but they were arranged so poorly that they were falling out of the vase by the time they reached my wife. The accent flowers and greenery were falling out and after only a couple of hours the arrangement was a mess. My wife and I both called the florists and were given some story about how the flowers were delivered in perfect condition but the Security guard may have tampered with the flowers. The funny thing about a security desk is that they have cameras. There was no evidence of tampering. They were just poorly put together. The owner did not make any effort to replace the arrangement or refund my money. I try to buy from local businesses for quality, and obviously was willing to pay a little extra for that quality. But that is not what I got this time. Overall Product- Poor Customer service - Poor Pricing - Poor Save yourself the headache and find another business or vendor to send your loved ones flowers.

On the day of the wedding, I was genuinely relaxed. They handled so much behind the scenes and made it all look effortless. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Allie and Savannah! They went above and beyond and were such a big part of making the day run perfectly. Rob and I appreciate you guys so much. Truly, the entire team was incredible. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and everything went off without a hitch. The food was amazing (we did the plated meal), the drinks were strong, and the Photo Booth was a huge hit! Most importantly, we had such a fun, unforgettable time. Everyone has been telling us how perfect everything looked and how much fun they had (and we can be a rowdy crew, haha). We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!

From the very first planning meeting to the last dance of the night, we felt genuinely cared for. As two busy working professionals, the structure and support from Wedgewood Weddings & Events made our planning process feel manageable and bite-sized instead of overwhelming. Every step was organized, clear, and thoughtful. It allowed us to actually enjoy being engaged instead of drowning in spreadsheets. Sarah, Virginia, and Savannah were phenomenal. Truly. They anticipated needs before we even voiced them, answered every question with patience, and made us feel like our wedding was the only one that mattered. On the day of, Savannah in particular took such intentional care of both me and Kevin. She checked in constantly, kept things flowing seamlessly, and made sure we were present instead of stressed. As chefs and hotel people, service is everything to us. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The team followed our directions perfectly, respected our vision, and executed it beautifully. A moment that meant the world to us was watching the service staff go above and beyond to help my autistic nephew find something "safe" to eat during dinner. That kindness and awareness is not something you can train into people. It's heart. We also loved the intentional use of small businesses throughout the process. You can feel that Alexander Homestead values community and craftsmanship, and that matters. Our day felt seamless, warm, and deeply cared for from start to finish. We walked away not just married, but genuinely grateful. If you're considering this venue, stop looking. You've found it.

While there was a lot of staff turnover at my venue, she relieved my fears and took charge of all day-of timeline and direction. I would definitely recommend Erica with Ashley Baber Weddings - we can't thank you enough!

Before hiring Erica, my family and I were looking at the long to-do lists and complexities of wedding planning and feeling overwhelmed. From our very first meeting, Erica was reassuring and worked tirelessly to help me find and execute my vision for my wedding. She was never pushy and always flexible to work with credible and trustworthy vendors that she suggested or that my mom and I found independently. Erica was nice but assertive with my wedding party while giving them instructions during the rehearsal, making that process smooth and orderly. She seemed to understand the many pressures and stresses that wedding planning can put on brides and their families, and she respectfully received input and feedback from many stakeholders, and we are a very picky bunch! That said, her main concern was helping me, as the bride, have the wedding I wanted. Thank you Erica for being my planner and helping to make my big day such a wonderful time.

It was so worth it to wake up the day of our wedding and already be there. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the grounds aren't super disability-friendly and communication was a bit difficult and felt more confusing than it had to be, but still a lovely place worth the price!

She spent alot of time listening to our ideas and making suggestions. Our ceremony was a dream come true. When I got home I joined them and we got back into the full swing of things. It was wonderful planning together when I got back. She understood exactly what I wanted really quickly, and is much better at verbalizing that to vendors. She could also tell when I wasn't sure if their vision matched mine which is both an amazing and necessary skill for a high quality wedding planner. As someone who didn't dream of weddings growing up, but is a 24 yr old with certain things that I decided we wanted over our 2 yr engagement, this was just perfect! She chose our florist, cake vendor, hair and makeup, transportation, and invitations/stationary. All of these vendors did absolutely beautiful work (both wedding party and strangers commented on all of these individual vendors and their amazing products), and everyone but the invite vendor was easy to work with. On the day of, she was fantastic and my husband and I were stress-free. More importantly, our parents on both sides were stress-free. That's the MOST important part to us. She is WONDERFUL the day of! People joked that our wedding looked like it was sponsored by Pinterest. She made all of that happen, with the gorgeous details and intricate touches, while everyone involved with the wedding was able to enjoy the day and appreciate time with our loved ones. The only reason we didn't give a full 5/5 is for responsiveness. My family is both military and type A. To us status updates are crucial for our comfort in the planning process. Priscilla had it covered, but she didn't want to bother us with the info because she thought that's what we preferred. I told her that I actually preferred updates and liked to be inundated with info rather than wondering, so she adjusted and things were smooth after that. She's great at what she does, and is a pleasure to work with. She never shows stress which is great for brides. I was SO happy with her work and loved spending time with her! One thing I'd also like to add. My mother-in-law used to work with a florist and did a lot of weddings. Our flowers (Gregg Kennedy by the way) were gorgeous, and the price for which we got these flowers were a STEAL. My mother-in-law is still talking about what a great deal we got, and we would not have gotten such a deal without the benefit of Gregg and Priscilla's great relationship.
