I also feel like Tayla really means what she says - I didn't feel pressure to book an appointment, I commented on how my last hair cut was all uneven and I was cutting off like three inch chunks when I left and I know I don't go often but I still want a solid cut when I do and I felt like she meant it when she validated my opinion. The location is convenient for me, it was easy to book, and I have long hair that I actually like right now. I look forward to going back and may try and make it happen sooner than six months.

I left with my hair chopped shorter than promised and the "curtain bangs" resembling two footballs on my face. The stylist had me turned away from the mirror a majority of the session, not allowing me to see the progress, while she was cutting and blow drying. I only saw the end results and immediately wanted to scream. Within 5 minutes of my car ride home, I was bawling, which lasted an hour. I took a break only to begin crying again when I washed my hair to see it was uneven, chunky, and overall horrendous. Alicia wanted to charge my mother when she called to reschedule 24 hours before her appointment, due to an illness that resulted in a hospital stay. Not only does the policy make no sense, but treating customers like this removes the human factor. Other salon employees stated to my mother that they disagreed with the policy put forth by Alicia only.
