Our little one can be difficult to get to smile for photos and he was able to capture some really pretty photos of her playing in the sand/water with a big grin on her face, that we will treasure. The next day he texted us a preview collage and then emailed a link to our online gallery a little over a week later. Our total cost was around $275, a reduced military rate I believe (with 25% down to get on his schedule). Personal Touch Photography was much more affordable than other photographer's rates I compared in the area for similar services.

However due to Global Pandemic the state we shut down and we had to rebook at another time. We got married in AL on our original date, but I still wanted photos on the beach in my wedding dress. No wedding took place. Nicole was so understanding and flexible. We were able to rebook in September, we wanted sunset photos one Sunday afternoon. unfortunately for us, Hurricane Sally was on her way into the Gulf, and stalled out so we didn't really know when it was going to hit. We wake up Sunday morning and see storms are going to start rolling in around noon. We called Nicole at 730a and ask if she could be there at 10a, and do a quick session! She responded immediately and took the best photos! She's so friendly and reasonable! I would definitely use her again!

While researching Panama City photographers we were drawn to Sandprints by their reasonable price compared to other's along with great work in their portfolio. Upon contact, Nicole was extremely quick to respond and easy to reach throughout the entire process. She accommodated our short notice and even provided a military discount. On picture day, Nicole guided us to a calm and quiet part of the beach. She was extremely congenial and friendly. She portrayed patience while directing our 3 young daughters throughout the session. There was a quick turn around and we got the photos about ten days later. I would refer any friends and family to this photographer.

She had an "emergency"... a flat tire.. but lives two hours away from the venue and never contacted to say she would not be there. She then wanted to take the photos in our FRONT YARD. She returned the fee, but was very unprofessional and unreliable. When I posted a review on another site, it was deleted and she sent me a negative text. DO NOT HIRE!
