WARNING; do NOT book with this venue. Worst experience, staff was rude to guests and even the bride when all they were was respectful. Treated everything as an inconvenience and wouldn't even greet guests when they would come up to the bar for a drink. Employees started cleaning up the venue before the night was over. The main interior is very nicely decorated (as evident in the photos. Provides a very nice setting for a wedding. The exterior appears awkwardly laid out (I had to walk around looking for the entrance). Parking also appeared rather limited. The climate control seemed weak (it felt quite warm inside). I can't say enough about how amazing Carrie and Jim are! We had our wedding on August 4th and Carrie did all our decorating except a couple pieces I had picked up. They answered all questions very quickly and even did some rearranging for us the day before the wedding!!! They put my mind at ease and I knew that everything was taken care of! During the wedding the staff was absolutely incredible! They were great to work with and interacted so well with our guests! Jim even got out on the dance floor for a polka song! It was such a great time! If you're looking for a gorgeous venue where you can customize your decor without having to buy anything yourself and don't want to worry about a thing, definitely book here! It is ABSOLUTELY worth the money! I had every person at our wedding tell us over and over how incredible the venue was! A million thank you's for our picture perfect day! read more

WARNING DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! This place is NOT run by reasonable people that know what they are doing. Read the contract very carefully because the owner doesn't even understand it and doesn't abide by it. And if you try to use her contract to support yourself she will rudely offer to end it just to have you gone. Even if it's only two months before the wedding and even if it only meant she would get paid the bar tab at the end of the night but had already been paid in full along with the deposit well ahead of time. And guess what although it will be stressful to regroup you will be so happy to be rid of her!! She doesn't understand the words "$500 bar minimum " she thinks that means regardless you give her $500 and then on top of that she gets whatever people purchase in drinks. So she wants to get paid twice. ALL the vendors we worked with were apprehensive about working with her. She has a reputation. All those positive reviews are no doubt from her family weddings she's hosted and possibly some from the local high school prom. All the negative ones are from real people. She will try to get you to add on dumb things. Basically take your money and go to a clean, organized, temperature controlled, long time establishment if you want a stress free event. Lastly we are honest and reasonable people, if you have any questions feel free to contact me. This venue is definitely breath-taking. I knew this was going to be our reception venue from the minute I walked in. Leading up to the big day, we had a few hiccups with paperwork and having to repeat information we had already provided but none of it impacted the quality of the wedding day. Carrie and Jim were very willing to go above and beyond to help our day be a success. While none of us expected 90 degree temps the third week of September, Carrie and Jim made sure to have the fans running to keep our guests as cool as possible. We would definitely recommend this space if you're looking for a place with 'wow' potential. read more
