Maria was SO THOROUGH. She even mopped twice. I only requested she focus on the floors and oven and just a general light clean in other areas, but even the windows were clean inside. I didn't realize how that one little thing made such a difference in how overwhelmed I was. She made things make-ready, and not just a general cleaning. I left immediately after Maria was done to see family for the Thanksgiving weekend and it was AMAZING to come back and walk in and FEEL the clean in the air. Weeks went by any when we contacted Shannon, she completely ghosted us. We've been unable to photograph the basement nor show the basement to prospective tenants or buyers. I have called her and text her for 6 days straight and she has yet to respond or even text back which is terrible service and experience. The locksmith will cost a lot of money to fix.
