The customer service at this store is embarrassing and there is zero accountability about timely delivery. THEN, we learned that the shirts aren't actually even made in house and instead the store owner simply takes measurements on site and then sends said measurements to a manufacturer in China and then you as the customer have to wait months if not an entire year for the Chinese manufacturer to ship you your shirts. They even tried to cover the name of the Chinese company who manufactures the shirts on the box but it was easily removable. They should be ashamed of themselves for saying that this is a bespoke custom tailor shop. VERY disappointed!

I called the company and asked them what they could do to fix the issue, hoping they would overnight a new pair, and expressed my frustration, and the employee barely apologized and then told me they couldn't do that and I would get them Thursday along with a shipping label because I needed to send the wrong size pjs back. Keep in mind the entire time I had to call the company for updates every time but one. I will never use this company again, which makes me really sad because I love to support small businesses, but their customer support was not there....
