I contacted several balloon companies and while most of them either didn't get back to me at all or quoted me outrageous prices, Jasmina was the only one who was responsive and kind. We got on a phone call where she explained her prices and the process involved in making a balloon arch installation. She sent a proposal the same day and her prices are fair. I want to note that it takes houuuurrsss to build a single arch (I've tried it before and never again lol) and I know there's a balloon shortage too. Expect that any balloon arch won't be cheap, but boy do they make a statement! My bridal shower was boho themed and Jasmina was able to create the balloon arch of my dreams! I skipped the pampas and rattan peacock chair (which she can offer btw) to fit my low budget, but the result was still AMAZING. The balloon arch was such a hit with all my guests and it was the #1 spot for photos at my party. Overall, Jasmina was prompt, responsive, professional, and honest. The Chisel-it Ice team passionately carved the most wonderful Olaf ice sculpture -- in color!!! The guests were in awe and could not believe he was pure ice! The set up was also perfect-- the sculpture came with a hidden drainage system and beautiful lights to make sure that Olaf was sparkling, shining and shimmering the entire evening. We hosted a Celebration of Life and needed a couple of able bodied people to help set up, serve,…read morebus, clean-up & strike the event. A "nextdoor" neighbor recommended Party On Celebration Services. I read other reviews, everybody said they were great. So we hired them, sight unseen. Prior to the event, the owner Noreen reached out to speak with my wife & I about our wants, needs & desires. They offered some suggestions as well as let us know the various signs, trays, tongs, spoons and other needed things they had to offer Day of the event, (which happened to be 100°+ and smokey from wildfires) Noreen & David arrived early and hit the ground running! They worked tirelessly and pleasantly while handling about 50 guests. Not only did Party On follow our instructions perfectly, they had the experience and initiative to ensure all the guests were happy & very well taken care of. All the guests commented on Party On's poise & professionalism. Throughout the event, Noreen & David kept their areas as well as the kitchen clean. They monitored trash, recycling and ensured the guests were properly attended to. Toward the end of the Celebration, Noreen & David prepared "to go" containers for the guests while subtly cleaning up. After the event, they collapsed and put away the several tables, chairs & large shade structures. All the trash was removed, separated and bagged per our requests. Our house looked cleaner after the party than it did before! My wife & I were able to kick up our feet, reflect on the great Celebration and toast to a well done event. My wife & I enjoy entertaining and we've thrown a lot of gatherings; both small & large. Thanks to Noreen, David & Party On Event & Celebration Servers, this was the smoothest event ever! Best of all it gave us the time & energy to mix & mingle with our guests without having to worry about were EXCTLY what we needed. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Not only did Kari reimburse me for the cost of the original party she offered me a free 2 hour party to show us what they can be like. We have an annual NYE party where we count down at 9pm so the kids can all bring in the New Year but the parents can get them to bed by 10pm. I asked Kari if she would be willing to come out on NYE, thinking she would say no, but she didn't, she said yes. I will admit I was hesitant. I was a little worried but I figured it would keep the kids occupied. Hannah, our performer, called me 30 minutes earlier than our planned start time just to let me know she was already in the area and could start early if I wanted, but didn't have to. I had her still come at 6:30 since most of our guests wouldn't be there by then. She had an adorable 70's flashy disco diva outfit on, which the kids loved. She was TERRIFIC. She kept those kids entertained for a full 2 hours! They loved her. Her magic show was awesome, her enthusiasm was great, and her professionalism and ability to stay in character was top notch. The parents were so impressed and happy with her! I initially contacted another party performer after reading some troublesome reviews of character…read moremixups and no shows and no refunds. But because that other performer was already fully booked, i ended up going with Kari's magic parties per recommendation of my nursing school classmate. I sent my inquiry 3-4 weeks before the party via email because their website was in construction I think at the time. When they told me they had an availability I was elated. They told me that the performer was supposed to call me by 5 pm the day before the party. The days leading up to the party I totally forgot about the performer. To my pleasant surprise miss Sarah called the day before the party. Initially the services I wanted were face painting and balloons and a sing a long. She told me since we had her for 2 hrs and only about 10-15 kids I could add another service. Since my daughter was 2 and the kids were aged 2-9 she recommended toddler time which entailed "head shoulders, knees, and toes". That sounded awesome since my daughter loves those songs but I opted for the magic show option so that the adults and older children would be entertained as well. The day of the party she arrived perfectly on time. As soon as she entered everyone was in awe of Miss Sarah's beauty. She embodied Elsa PERFECTLY. We had the movie playing during the party and some younger children actually thought she stepped out of the tv and through the front door! Lol. She asked for a place to paint and a cup of water and off she went. She stayed in character the entire time. Everyone young and old enjoyed her magic show. And she was there to cut the cake with us. She posed with EVERYONE and was so pleasant! She was very easy to talk to and kept asking if there was anything more she could do. Overall I am so thankful for Sarah and Kari's Magic Parties for the wonderful experience. Sarah had a very important job of bringing the party to life as Queen Elsa and that's EXACTLY what she did! Highly recommended and am excited to work with them again in the near future!
