The owner and his associate arrived on time. They found the problem expediently and made the repair for us. Since we are traveling, we've had to make appointments for repairs with mobile services. We tried on two separate occasions to make appointments with other mobile RV repair companies. The other companies didn't return our call and also didn't show up for a scheduled appointment. I would give it 30 stars if I could…read more So we came off I240 onto I40 in Asheville in our 28 foot box truck and BOOM our tire burst and we had to pull over at the worst possible spot DURING RUSH HOUR and tried figuring it out for about 1 hour and called these guys and a VERY nice guy came in a flash and changed it ALONG A GUARDRAIL AT NIGHT ON I40!! And it was changed in about 30-50 min and if you know how box truck tires are and how hard they are to change then you know and this freaking guy made it look SOO easy. He failed to complete the interior cleaning and did a poor job of washing the outside. Furthermore, he applied a cheap sealent with a brush on the roof which will eventually have to be redone. He left streaks on the outside walls. Owner Joseph Byrd promised to deliver an itemized list of the repairs and the cost of each job but he failed to keep his promise. I called him several times and left messages and I sent emails asking for the itemized list and an official receipt. He did not respond by phone or email, so I asked him for a full refund. He did not respond to this request either. Not only the owner failed to complete the job, he took advantage of the situation, overcharged me, failed to provide a valid receipt for my payment, would not answer phones calls or emails after he was paid, and did not use good business practices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and my rating for Byrd's Mobile Detailing is ZERO.

It was nice in the shade but it was very uneven. When we sat outside if our chairs were not close to the RV we felt like we were going to fall over. The bathhouses were not well cared for. Cobwebs every were. I don't like spiders and they should be knocked down once a day. Now let's talk about how this place nickel and dime you. They give you these wrist bands, like you get at an amusement park, so you can use the pool and other amenities and charge 8 dollars each if you lose them. There is no FREE wifi, you have to pay for it and then it is $15 per 3 days and only 3 devices. When you use the laundry and pay with the app. It will be $4 to wash $4 to dry and a $8 temporary hold. So if you are hoping to spend less here than you would at a hotel try somewhere else. If you just love being outside come here .

We were told no employees could move the camper as we do not tow our camper ourselves. We were given a number of a tower who quoted us $225 to move our site within the campground so we decided to leave to a cheaper campground as the lot rent increased due to summer rates (it's not summer yet). We were told we'd get a refund of the lot rent we already paid and we never received one, when we called to follow up we're told there's no refunds on monthly stays. $1,010/month for a parking spot is absolutely criminal. Poor business practices, do not stay here.
