If they think you aren't going to buy, they are quick to dismiss you. I tried to order a 2023 Chrysler 300C through them, I was passed around to 3 different people and eventually a sales Manager and nobody had a single clue how to order a car. The first guy tried to go to the Chrysler website and enter my info... like no, that's how I got in contact with you to begin with.. I ended up moving my reservation to Fields Chrysler and they placed the order same day. No questions asked. I still give them 3 stars because I have used their service department in the past and it was pretty decent. Sales are detached form reality.

Absolutely crazy on the charges. We purchased a jeep wrangler in 2016. We have always had it…read moreserviced at the dealership for warranty reasons. While in the shop for oil changes they have forgotten to replace the engine cover. You think that they would call knowing who's oil that they changed, but no... the next time under the hood you see it's missing. Of course a month or two later you call and you it's still out floating around the shop. It would be gone forever if I didn't call. One time they put a large dent in the hood. Luckily they photo the vehicle going into the shop and saw where it was done. Of course again they had the hood repaired. All of this takes up my time retrieving the cover or not having a vehicle while they have it repaired. Crazy. Yesterday it had a code that my son had read on his reader. So I took it into the shop. It had said that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I dropped it off and told the service manager what the code was. So he asks if I would like to put it on the analyzer to check everything out to be sure. How much $250 to tell me what we already know. So I say no, let's change the thermostat like the code said and put that $250 towards that... I don't know what these people think. So it takes a day to get the quote. It has to be done. When I see the bill there is a $150 part charge with a $200 labor charge and an additional shop supply charge of $35. Crazy, crazy 10% for using a shop tag and a pair of gloves. This is more than excessive and a total rip. I could see charging between $5 -$10 and at that they would be making money, not $35!!! Needless to say I won't recommend them to anyone and will never return for anything again.

They told me I still had about 1/3 of the pad left, and they would tell their friends or family to just keep on riding on them and they have plenty of life left. Basically, they could have easily charged me for something I didn't need and I would have had no complaints, but instead they sought my best interest. That's hard to find in our day. Good guys and for that alone, I would recommend them. I did get an oil change and that was also a fair price and done expediently.

I toured the shop, saw the high end cars that he was working on, he showed me his paint analyzer, talked with pride about the years of experience his painter had....and it was obvious that he appreciated my truck, my desires and my expectations. My appointment date was made and kept and several days in, Dustin sent me photos of the progress. He did not have to do that, but it says a lot about his interest in keeping a schedule and keeping the customer happy and informed. He also painted back ground areas (behind the grill) that were not part of the repair.... because he said it was the right thing to do. The final outcome was like new ...he and his painter color matched a 25 year old paint job. As hard as I tried, looking from different angles and in different light conditions, I cannot see the line between new and old. Last, he was able to save a few $. ...and unlike most that exceed the estimate and ask for more money, he refunded me the difference. So in the end, it's more than just the outstanding quality and workmanship, but about the person you are dealing with. It's about honesty, fairness and integrity. I absolutely trust Dustin and will absolutely return to Carbon City Body Shop if I have further need.... and have Zero Reservations about recommending friends and family to trust that they will Exceed Expectations. I did not ask for any diagnostic work to be done and he didn't even mention the tire, which was the reason for the visit. I left with the tire repaired but not much trust in such a blatant attempted upsell. Family member recently make appt. online for 2 new tires and state inspection. Appt. confirmed by phone 1 hr. ahead. They arrived to be told that no inspector was available so no state inspection. Upsold them an alignment (which had been done at dealer 2 mos. prior), and once again tried to upsell the brake flush. Do not trust these folks. If you go, be very clear as to your needs and be sure you to tell them to not do any diagnostics not directly related to your purpose.
