They quality seemed very good and the convenience features were surprisingly comprehensive. I returned them only because the didn't work for me. I don't believe it is the fault of the hearing aids, just that I am not compatible with these particular hearing devices. Quite possibly, she could have provided hearin aids that would work for me. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers 2 of the models she carries. Any other devices would have been full price without any insurance coverage. My financial situation would not allow this. Secondly, when I asked to return them, she remained just as nice and friendly as when I was first a potential customer. The purchase price was promptly refunded and in full.
