Notice how all of the good reviews are from at least a year ago. Since then Carl has a backlog of repairs simply because he is an ineffective manager and boss. He doesn't pay his employees and has horrible employee retention. He over charges for diagnostic fees and is to busy to get to repairs that sit there for months. This is a nice, clean, friendly location for a service that many folks need nowadays. I brought in two iPhones for screen replacements and the young man was very courteous and friendly. I gave him a couple of hours, and he did a great job with both devices, making sure I tested both for operability prior to leaving. My family has used other shops for screen replacements, but Simply Honest will now be our go-to location for the next occurrences like this (and I'm sure they'll be more). Response time is more like 24 hrs and the only response I have received is "Need more information", twice. My request was a simple quote to replace a screen on a Pixel 3a XL and after receiving the "need more info" response, I replied with "What information do you need?" and I got "need more info" again. read more

I shattered my iPhone screen this morning and couldn't get in to Apple until late next week. I called Carl, he responded immediately, came to my office and fixed the screen better than new because it now has a screen protector on it.
