Went to the Spring location when my Surface cratered and wife's laptop did likewise. They replaced battery in my Surface, and were able to clone the hard drive for wife (no go on the computer). We restored wife's hard drive on a new laptop. Kingwood location was able to replace battery on my Oculus 2. No small feat if you Google it. read more

They were up front and honest about pricing, and after a bit of a long line, despite me making an appointment, they gave a reasonable ETA and candid info about their repair process. On the downside however, they shouldn't claim that they'll price match when there will be several instances where they know they cannot. I recommend an online option to input the quote and the vendor, then they can confirm up front if they're willing/able to price match as well as why if they cannot. In my case, they could not as the rival vendor likely did not use OEM components for the repair given the price disparity. I'd already looked up the price of the OEM part itself, so I know they were honest about the quote discrepancy. That information just would have been nice to know before hand. read more

The way this place is set up it blocks off the view to the back. To see what their techs are doing with your phone. There are two people who work here. I guess one fixes the phones and the other is some type of customer service dude. So I was ask to turn off "find my location" and then asked for my passcode to my phone. Now, why would I give a stranger who fixes phones to have access to my bank and other personal passcode/passwords. Which can all be found under security passwords once the phone is unlocked. They wouldn't necessarily need the phone with a quick snap with their phone. Turning off the phone location all seem to sketchy. So when I told the front guy; I will stay since Asurion said it should take only 45 minutes for this service (cracked screen) and he needed my passcode for some sort of calibration that I can stay to unlock myself. Tech replied "no" and he can not fix it. toodles. What do I look like, seriously. read more

I never leave reviews, but I felt the need to this time around. I came in last week to fix my iPhone 13 Pro. With taxes it almost came out to $400. This week I came back because the back screen is fogging up, and it's glitching. They told me that they wouldn't be able to fix it because there's damage. Mind you the screen is not cracked it's glitching and my screen keeps fogging up like if they didn't close it right. So I paid nearly $400 for them to say that it's not covered. Came into the store on Monday afternoon and made an appointment to fix the front screen on my iPhone XR for the following Friday when they open at 10am. All parts were verified in stock before leaving on Monday. Show up for my appointment and was told that the 3rd party OLED screen isn't in stock but the lower grade LCD screen is. What's the point of making an appointment with verification of parts then not having them with a schedule appointment? Just lost out on 200$ and future business. read more

I'm disappointed in their service. I called to schedule an appointment to fix my iPhone 11 Pro. The gentleman I spoke to said they had the screen and would be fixed within the hour if I got there at 6pm I arrived on time. The guy that attended me didn't really seem knowledgeable of the service he told me that I would have to come back tomorrow but UbreakIfix states they are "same day service repair". I explained to him the guy I spoke to on the phone said they had the screen to repair & it would only take an hour. He took my phone to the back the first time then came back & said they could fix it. Was getting ready to take my phone for repair but then came back to tell me they didn't have my screen. I explained to him I drove 40 minutes so they could tell me that in person, WOW! The guy I spoke to over the phone could have told me that. read more

DO NOT bring your phone here. I brought my daughters phone here at the advice of a Verizon representative. The speaker was going out and making it difficult to hear. Initially, they told me to wait an hour for repairs. After waiting an hour, they told me it would take another 2-3 hours. I decided to leave the phone and return. I returned to pick up the phone and it's completely off. They were turning to tell me they would have to send it off to get repaired and it would cost around $200. They stated that it would be a 50/50 chance of the phone working properly after the repair. This is after the 2-3 week wait for repairs. The phone is in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more
