Stephanie was very friendly when we spoke on the phone and in person! She made me feel comfortable. She read the input I wrote on the form I had to fill out, about my upper back and having 'knots' there. She did a wonderful job! The massage was very relaxing and reminded me how much I needed one. Almost fell asleep! The room was clean and smelled nice which is how it should be! Also, a GIANT plus, was the massage was a full hour and the undressing time/waiting to enter back into the room, did not count. I noticed while booking online, that payment plans were available and thought that was pretty neat since I've never seen that before for massage therapy. Not sure if it was specifically for massages, but definitely a good question to ask if interested! A couple of days before I came in, I had hurt myself moving furniture. Pamela took me through some stretches and motions to help identify the likely root of the pain I was feeling. She then gave me a massage and made some recommendations for how I might be able to alleviate more of the pain moving forward or elevate my concern to a healthcare professional if not. Pamela also has an offer for regular clients that if you get 9 services then your 10th will be free. Great business right here in Graham! This was not my first time visiting Simply Massage and Wellness. In the past, I've gotten 60 and 90 minute therapeutic massages, visited the sauna, and done float therapy in epsom salt. Every time I've come, the staff have been courteous and professional. They go out of their way to make a relaxing environment and always offer water at the end of your service. Today, I was able to get a late appointment because they send out emails to past clients letting me know when there are bookings available. You will have to provide a card to pay ahead. FSA/HSA is accepted, if you have it.
