Within minutes they relisted it at $344,999- $10k increase in less than 5 minutes. Regardless I reached out to my realtor and asked to set up a showing. My realtor was told by Maiiana Silva, the listing agent, that there would be no showings or offers accepted until the open house. I had gone and seen the outside of the house a few times and was excited about the open house was scheduled for today. This morning I was notified that the open house was cancelled and the house was under contract. This was very discouraging to hear. I called the listing agent Mariana and she said an offer came in early and they accepted it. I questioned her on the information she told my realtor, reminding her that she said no offers would be accepted. Mariana merely said she and her partner got a strong offer and accepted it. This is very poor business practice and sounds unethical. I would never recommend a "sneaky" business like this one; including all the realtors and staff that work there.

I worked with Liza Hurlburt, who is as patient, kind, informative and helpful as any real estate agent could possibly be. She bent over backward to help us find the perfect house, inform us about the market, and never pressured us in any way. I really felt like she was on our side the whole time... actually more like we were house-hunting with a helpful friend who knew the industry up and down, rather than with an "agent."
