This past December, unbeknownst to the unit owners, she illegally closed our HOA account, let the building insurance lapse, and has simply disappeared. I am a new owner in this building and haven't even yet opened my business, and this is what I am currently embroiled in. We are filing a police report and will have a full investigation of the withdrawals that were made prior to closing the HOA account. She is untrustworthy and operates with deception.
