When I told the cashier working behind the counter all he did was shake his head and say, " i'm so sorry about that". There was no urgency to find and get rid of the cockroach. He never even asked where the roach was. I know for a FACT, that the cockroach is still in that store. My family and I were disgusted, Absolutely NEVER visiting that Super Wings EVER again. I hope this establishment is happy that they lost multiple customers.

She was rather negatively opinionated about marijuana which we didn't even bring up yet she capitalizes on by selling such products representing it in her shop. The options are limited compared to other pottery studios that our family has done similar projects at previously. Waited a month for the tracking number for our mugs after emailing and calling with no follow up. After a month of waiting, she got nasty when I said I would soon be reaching out to my credit card company if a tracking number was not provided. Yes the mugs did show up looking as if they were dropped on the floor prior to being fired with shattered glazing. 100% would never do this again here. The first excuse for the delay was that they were too slow to get the mugs fired quickly, the second excuse was that they were too busy to keep up. If you are going to mess up, at least get your story consistent. Honesty is the best policy folks! Owner repeatedly rudely texted me after posting this to advise of additional false shipping information so I am attaching it to show the proof from usps. In the first 5 minutes of entering the store I saw and heard her scold her employees - in the middle of the store and loud enough for everyone to hear. I had my heart set on something they sold but turned right back around and decided to spend my money in a place that gave even the smallest amount of care towards their customers and their employees. Their cappuccinos were made with 5oz of "espresso" pulled that is completely over extracted from a pre ground pod, topped with ~2oz of extremely scorched milk. Seriously the worst cappuccino I've ever had. And it was $5 per drink. If you need bait, fishing gear, or anything else, this might be a great spot, but if you see the giant banner advertising their espresso and think of coming for a coffee... steer clear.
