The bins range from small to large and can be filled with fruits, vegetables, and grocery items. I opted for the small fruit and vegetable bin. For $35 I get to pick what produce goes into the bin plus add additional grocery items like eggs, milk, grains, cheese, beverages, etc. I chose to have my bins delivered every other week since it can get pricey and I alone can't finish off an entire bin in a week's time. The goods come delivered in a sturdy plastic bin with a cooling block to keep your produce cold. The produce always looks super fresh and delicious. I've never received a bruised looking item. Getting produce from Green Bean Delivery has single handedly caused me to eat healthier and cook more. It has encouraged me to be more creative and cook vegetables I have never tried before. Supporting local farmers is also a plus. Their customer service is also pretty excellent. I ordered some Snowville Milk once and found the milk carton to be leaking. I notified them via email and they immediately responded and gave me the option of including a free milk for the next bin, or a credit. I love love Green Bean Delivery and look forward to my bins!

I've been with green bean well over two years now. The customer service is impeccable. I LOVE it!…read more I did my research, the only place to find cheaper organic chicken is at Costco, and I just don't need that much chicken! I was looking for an easy and affordable way to eat more organic and local food. I don't have time or interest in going to local farmers markets to get my groceries. I love that you can very clearly choose your organic items and they're always adding more. Anytime I've had an issue, like a broken egg, they just give you credit or replace the item. They're timely, kind, and deliver high quality goods. I'm about it. Thanks Green Bean.

There's always discount codes for Factor Meals but I was hoping to find something local. Luxe & Lemons fit the bill. It was easy to place my first order for a subscription. They offer several subscription plans which is 5 meals for under $70. They offer delivery on Sundays for parts of Columbus for $9.99. Otherwise, you schedule a window of time for Sundays or Mondays to pickup the meals on Mondays. I wasn't able to drive and the boxes are too heavy for me to lift still so I get delivery. New menus release in Friday mornings so you can see what's available ala cart and in your subscription. The pumpkin spice muffins were wonderful. Moist and paired with maple butter. The sausage patties are made from scratch and have a little zing from the spices (not overpowering at all). The cosmic brownies were a little dry while the salted caramel brownies were great. Pancakes are huge portions for a person but very good. This is the first time I've had riced cauliflower and I have to admit I like it. The Mexican dishes (tamales, taquitos, burritos) are executed well. The guacamole has extra lemon juice which may not be to everyone's liking. The dairy free mashed potatoes are interesting. They taste like potatoes. They don't have the creaminess of regular mashed potatoes and sometimes they stay in their mounded shape no matter how much you try to mash it with a fork. I easily fell into placing a subscription order the first week, then placing an order for a second subscription and ala cart items the second week. It took me a few weeks to realize an email is sent on Friday mornings where a person can pause or skip the next delivery. In one of my weekly surveys I mentioned the invoices aren't itemized so I paid delivery charge twice (one for subscription and one for ala cart items) and a few weeks later I was reimbursed for a delivery fee. I think in my first order I received an extra item (chicken ceasar salad which was fantastic) and once every few weeks there may be a missing sauce but overall, 99% of the time the orders are correct. I get a text message and email letting me know my order will be arriving that day. They include a tracking link. It's pretty spot on. The meals are intended to be eaten within 5 days or frozen. The food tastes good. Orders are accurately filled. Deliveries are on time. I'm eating more vegetables and seafood. I have one less meal decision a day to make. It's a local company making more jobs locally. It's all a win in my book.

We have a few go to's (#41 and #16), but we like to try a new one each time we go. Every single one has been great! Tonight we got #57 Franklin's Kibbetz, which has homemade mozzarella and pesto and added turkey (bottom right). We also got #5 Mimi's Melody, which has their homemade tuna salad on grilled rye (bottom left). Next we got our favorite, #41 Phil Katzinger's Club, which has their homemade chicken salad, bacon, and Honeycup mustard (top left). Finally we got #3 Ari's Open Door, which had pastrami, salami, and cream cheese (top right). The service is also amazing - the workers are kind and even gave us free bagels tonight as they were closing! Must try.

It is St Patrick's Day so I looked for a deli with corned beef sandwiches nearby and found Katz's…read more Having lived in NYC I had high expectations for a deli with Katz in the name. Additionally, having had a Goodman's Deli mile high corned beef sandwich when I lived in Cleveland, I had even higher expectations. Their most popular sandwich is the Reuben so I went with that. Katzingers did not meet them. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich I was shocked the line wasn't out the door to place orders before they closed and the dining room had maybe 6 people in it. There were about 6 to go bags on the shelf along with mine. When I mentioned to the cashier that I was surprised it wasn't busier, she said it'll be busier tomorrow. I said the day after St Pat's? No answer. Another not good sign in my mind. When I got home, the wrapped sandwich was bigger than my hand but not very tall. The paper had areas of grease which is a good sign for this sandwich. The corned beef itself was tender but there wasn't as much of it, maybe an inch high and 1/3 of the bread had no corned beef. I also could not taste the thousand island dressing. The rye bread was toasted but pretty soggy. The crust was mostly crunchy. The bread slices were paired upside down putting a narrower side a larger side against each other. There is not enough sauerkraut and it is not very sour. I was given the choice of a dill or garlic pickle but I cannot tell you how it was because they didn't put it in the bag. I expected this sandwich to have so much meat in it, I could eat for multiple days for $18. Again, disappointed. Maybe I should've gotten the deli sized version but paying that much for a sandwich... The inside of the deli is fun and it's obvious it's been around a long time and has been well loved. I wanted to like Katzinger's but since the price and the quality don't match, I cannot.
