As soon as as I opened the door to the building, it smelled like a kennel in there. It's also very warm in there. If the place is climate controlled, why is the temperature the same inside as it is outside? What am I paying extra money for? Not to mention, they just raised the price $17 per month at the drop of a hat for no reason. I also heard shuffling. There's mice droppings all on the ground and on my things that are high up that have NEVER touched the ground. I've called the property manager and hoping for a fast resolution. I have NO food in the unit, just clothes, furniture, and my baby's extra items that we haven't used yet. We had no pests in our items as we had just purchased a lot of those items and then out them in storage due to lack of space in our house. I do not want my child's items exposed to this. The security system is top notch, cameras everywhere keeping everyone honest who comes in and out. The only downside (minus 1 star) is the facility is not 24/7. You have access to your storage from 5am - 9pm daily. Which is not too bad and quite understandable when you consider the area. Personally I travel a lot and I like the ability to access a storage at any hour however when you consider the customer service, security of the facility its really a no brainer if you live close to the area. I do like the ability to manage your unit online, which includes payments and setting up auto pay. Be aware, you should time your move out wisely. Rent is due monthly on the 1st and if you move out after the 1st the remainder of your rent is forfeited as they do not pro rate for move outs.

On my move date, my movers accidentally brought things to Irving that should have gone in storage. We took my things back to the storage, and my key broke in the lock. I was very tired from a long day of moving. Juan made the situation all good!! I knocked on the door for the property manager. Juan came to the door, I explained what happened and he did not hesitate in helping. The movers tried to remove the key, and were unsuccessful. Juan came to my storage and got on his knees, while pushing the key from the back to free it from the lock. It did not happen, so I had to return some items to the garage, where I moved from. Juan stayed and tried to free the key, but could not. He called me later in the evening to let me know he could not get the key removed, but he will notify his manager. The next call was Juan telling me a new lock was placed on my storage door, after they had to cut the original lock. I really appreciate how Juan handled my situation. Natalie showed empathy and understanding and talked to me not just as a customer but almost friend like. This kind of kindness goes a long way and this place is blessed to have her working for them!
