I personally would have preferred a bread crispy crust type of a bread for the dipping. Then we had scallops with tomato pesto sauce that were absolute perfection. I never really loved scallops until I tried Mike's scallops! They melted in your mouth. We also had the shrimp cups in a phyllo cup with guacamole! It is such a perfect summer appetizer. Absolutely delicious! We also had steak bites that were covered in a chimichurri. I wish the sauce was on the side. It was a lil bit spicy for some.
