They asked for a video, I sent it. They said they did not receive it although my computer. That was months ago. Now I can't get the third cord out of the whole it went into. They asked for another video. I sent it. Now no response from them and they have not returned my phone calls. Their web site says they have a 3 year guarantee. They do not respect their guarantee. Now see what I live with, a blind that is so difficult to put up and goes up crooked. I gave them no tpstar but when I hit one star the gave themselves two stars
