I tried on a few pairs and found my idea comfort shoe effortlessly. Price for it was reasonable as well. Miss Gloria and Mohamed did the same for my son. All took the time to explain about the brands they carry which we weren't familiar with along with why a particular shoe (based on the machine foot analysis) is best for us. I was told when I made the return that all I'd need was my ID -- the store keeps the slip on file. When I gave my name and ID, the associate couldn't find my slip. Instead of continuing to look thoroughly, he accused me of already using the credit or that it wasn't in my name, suggesting I was trying to get over on the store. This was said in front of other customers, which left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and singled out. I later found a picture of my slip and saw the store had made the error -- my name was written incorrectly on their end. Which was funny because I was told it was my fault and that in all the years the store had been operating, they had "never made a mistake." My name starts with an "S" why was there an "M" on the slip, I have no clue. Even after it was clear I was right, there was no apology or effort to make things right. In that moment, I did not feel I was given the same respect or fair treatment that another customer might have received. The entire interaction was unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

As you can see these guys are standing beside the front door. I walked in and they both saw me come…read morein, no greetings from neither. I was looking for a particular shoe I was browsing for about 10 minutes, and I still wasn't offered help -- those same guys still laughing and talking. A lady (white) walks in -- she got a greeting from the guy on left. Now, I'm still observing these guys. So, I stopped to take a picture, the guy on the right noticed and he whispered to the guy on left. The guy ,on left, said out loud "really?" laughs and walks away. Then, the guy on right approaches me and asked if I'm finding everything ok. Im not sure if they didn't notice their actions, maybe they did. Customer service is important to me, you don't have to like how I look or even if you assume I'm not going to buy anything-- just treat everyone fair.
