I told them I was looking for a calming oil for my baby to use after bath time as she went above and beyond explaining the difference between relaxation and sleep aid. I was able to sample the Shea butter as well as sniff the different oils. Once she mixed what I chose I was able to smell and determine if I was satisfied. The price for one jar of oil butter missed is 22 but 2 for 40 which is a great deal with the quality of the product. Just a bit goes a long way so I'm sure I will be using this for awhile. I'd walked passed the Oil Bar several times before but never stopped in until a few months ago. The store is pretty no-frills. The oils are all out for you to smell/sample. They are labeled with a label maker as to what scent they are, and they have a "W" or "M" so you know if it's a men's or women's scent. It's pretty difficult to get an accurate idea of the scent when you're sniffing bottles of oil. But, for the small amount of money they charge for their products, I figured, what the heck? I picked three that I though I'd like, and just went for it. They are awesome! I purchased one lotion, one roll on and one shea butter body oil and I love it. They also sell salt scrubs, sugar scrubs, massage oil candles (these were pretty cool), and larger bottle of the roll-ons. You can add any scent to any product, and you can even combine scents- I'm just not that adventurous. I really hope this place lasts!

This level of inadequate staffing and this is unacceptable. The store was also in complete disarray, which only added to the frustration. We should not have to stand in line for an unreasonable amount of time simply because there aren't enough registers open and available to serve us. We have to do better. This type of neglect disproportionately affects communities that already deserve better service and greater investment. I genuinely regret coming here and wasting such a significant amount of time waiting in an unnecessarily long line. This needs to be addressed the staffing, organization, and overall customer experience immediately. The entire line was complaining. This store has plenty of great things but so many people walked out putting their items down . While others walked in the store saw the lines and two cashiers turning around walking out... this speaks volumes to losing customers before they ever got all the way in the store. I would not be writing this review if this was not my third time coming in this store experiencing the very same thing.

My 84-year-old mother placed an order with this store that should have been delivered the same day…read more That day came and went no order. the next day she received a delay notice, and the order was supposed to be 8 minutes away then 2 seconds later the order was delayed again. second day came and went no delivery. She asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give her a refund but if she waited for 48 hours, they would see what they could do for her. sounds like Walmart delivery service is fraudulent, and predatory. My question is what is the purpose of paying for a membership when the member is being cheated? I don't even want the order at this point...I want a full refund. I will not shop here ever again, and the membership will be cancelled after Walmart settles their debt with my mother.

This town is called morrow and typical stuff is all around here, outlet stores gas station. Not a lot of hobos which is good since my backpack is strapped to my Motorcycle. Instead of showing a little patience and understanding, the employee responded, "We are busy and have other customers." That response was rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. My mother is an elderly woman and deserved the same patience, courtesy, and respect as every other paying customer. Being busy is never an excuse to make an elderly customer feel rushed or unwelcome. Customer service matters, and so does how you treat people--especially our seniors. Management seriously needs to address how employees speak to and treat customers. I was beyond disappointed and angry with the way my mother was treated.

I didn't need any assistance, but heard a customer stating that she needed assistance immediately. I had to pick up some infant milk for my grandson, so I stopped by here. The store was packed, a lot of the shelves were being stocked, due to them being empty. I was able to pick up 4 cans of infant milk, and also some items to prepare for Sunday dinner. My only complaint is, I feel that Walmart should have some employees check the aisles. It was a pack of ribs that someone decided they didn't want, and sat the pack on some tissue. I'm sure it may be put back in the meat dept, to be sold. But, that's how someone will purchase it, and get sick. The pack of meat is thawed out from sitting there, so hopefully it's tossed in the trash. I may be back soon, if I'm in the area.
