Such a cute little trendy store. I came in with only 40.min to shop for my upcoming Greece trip and they styled me in no time. I loved my colorful pieces I got down to the accessories too. They're a little on the high side for the quality of clothing BUT if you dont have time to wait for the cute cheaper items to come in the mail then this is your spot!!! I loved how helpful they were! If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Customer service is severely lacking. No greeting. No welcome to Pink Sky Boutique. Not a word! I've been following you on IG and couldn't wait to bring my good girlfriend who's in town visiting from CT. I was expecting a boutique experience and it was NOT. They give off an air that they're better than you. They judge you when you walk through the door. Like they're deciding whether or not you can AFFORD to shop there. Ladies, you're a small boutique. I love the boutique the customer service is horrible. This is my second time visiting the establishment. The sales person was there in body only. If you frequent the store they are friendly, I was ignored as if I was not there. I called to see if I could do an exchange and did not get answer. My sister friend surprised me with a small shopping spree for my birthday. The owner was very nice and they had some very fun affordable pieces. I actually had to go back because I decided that I liked something else better and I was able to return it and switch it out for the item I really wanted. The time is now and change is definitely needed. Throughout the years, I have heard the whispers and experienced what other PSB patrons have dealt with regarding the Customer Service and lack thereof for years. Yet, I still chose to ignore my feelings and what was being said about PSB while patronizing the Boutique. My recent encounter with the the SalesLady (Owner's Friend) has always been a "different, weird one." She never smiles and her aura/energy is almost robotic and calculated. I can't ignore the Truth anymore nor can I dismiss all the things said about the lack of WARM Customer Service @ PSB. The Lady working at PSB "APPEARS" DISTANT, BUSY on the Computer, IRRITATED & COLD most times. Her demeanor is not very inviting or welcoming....AT ALL. To the Owners and/or Investors...the lack of EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and a nice warm Lady or Man greeting your Customers is KILLING YOUR BUSINESS and Repeat Customers. Saturday morning, walked up to Glenwood Ave to drop clothes off at the cleaners. Planning a trip to Florida for the holiday- so I stopped in... First, no one greeted me upon entering. They gave off an "air" like I couldn't afford to be there, so that even though I found a dress I liked, I refused to purchase it because it would justify their lack of customer service. On the dress I picked out, they made an uncalled for comment. Two things- 1. boutiques cater to a higher end specialty market. Those can be found all over Atlanta, and online. I know because I am part of that market, and I have a lot of disposable income. 2. I work at a high pressure law firm during the week, and have to dress accordingly. On Saturdays, I run errands- and it is my day to relax- so my look reflects that- do not judge a book by its cover. I will spend my discretionary income elsewhere. read more

I found this chic boutique online via social media. I purchased a pink jumpsuit. After two days of receiving it. I wore it and put it on. Later to discover the material left side was torn. The material was not good and so disappointed in this purchase. I was looking to also wear on my birthday but now I can't. Lesson learned. read more

Found this place on a whim and on the day we stopped in, the owner was having a customer appreciation brunch with nibbles and light refreshments. I thought the gesture was pretty cool and the vibe in the boutique was energetic. They have unique pieces with a variety of sizes for different body proportions. The accessories caught my eye because reasonable price and not too gaudy. They would make a good thoughtful gift for that unique person. Cute clothes and reasonably priced. However, not ONE person greeted me upon entering the store nor was I asked if i needed any help. Only one person working there was friendly to me and she said she was just helping. I could tell when the regulars came in because the sales person/owner chatted them up. I guess I wasn't small enough or dressed nicely enough to be bothered. This was my first and last time visiting there. Customer service is none existent and you know how the saying goes: First impressions are last impressions. read more

This boutique is totally awesome. And can I just say that Dani KNOWS her customers. I called her last week and purchased some things over the phone (because that's just how fast cute clothes go in that store) and I argued her up and down about a size for one of the dresses (I told her I needed a Lg and she said I needed a Med). I ended up getting the size that she suggested (cause she wouldnt budge) and once I got home and tried the item on -- IT FIT PERFECT. Thanks Pinksky for always keeping me ATLfly.
