I gave her a tip but probably shouldn't have. The ceiling looked nasty and the massage room was cold. No warm blanket and no bolster for the ankle or knees.

My specialist SHONDA was wonderful. She was very kind and did a great job with the massage. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughout my session. The clinical director Angela's forward-thinking approach made it possible for my son to start using a cutting-edge insulin pump, even arranging special training for the staff to ensure its success. They offer specials to upgrade to the next level at a low cost and basically reward you for being a platinum member because you don't have to wait for a bed when they have 8+ of these beds. I pay nearly $90/ month and only tan 2 or 3 times a month and depending on the season I can't get the bed I prefer. I've complained about this for years and nothing changes, as has MANY others as ive heard them or the works thank me for not yelling at them for the wait. I only stay because it's convenient to use palm beach, not because I prefer it. I get a $50 reward every 3 to 5 years now when it used to be annually until covid, juat had one expire. I really am starting to contemplate being a customer as it truely doesn't even seem worth it or pay less to not have to wait every time. You really need to offer a credit every time a customer has to down grade their bed because this company is to cheap to add another when one of these diamond beds is over 10 years old.
