Customer service is always good but I've been a customer for 8 or 9 years constantly and it's crazy…read moreto me my main location has a whole 2 diamond beds in an area that has alot of people with a solid income so they can afford the upgrade to a better bed. They offer specials to upgrade to the next level at a low cost and basically reward you for being a platinum member because you don't have to wait for a bed when they have 8+ of these beds. I pay nearly $90/ month and only tan 2 or 3 times a month and depending on the season I can't get the bed I prefer. I've complained about this for years and nothing changes, as has MANY others as ive heard them or the works thank me for not yelling at them for the wait. I only stay because it's convenient to use palm beach, not because I prefer it. I get a $50 reward every 3 to 5 years now when it used to be annually until covid, juat had one expire. I really am starting to contemplate being a customer as it truely doesn't even seem worth it or pay less to not have to wait every time. You really need to offer a credit every time a customer has to down grade their bed because this company is to cheap to add another when one of these diamond beds is over 10 years old.
