He has no previous injuries but does have a very physical job and needed to be adjusted. After making an appt at Sheely chiropractic, I was hopeful that he would find his new chiropractor moving forward. He was told he needed to arrive at 10:30 for an 11:30am appt. While we both were surprised that he needed to be there an hour early, he did as instructed. He came home a little after 12pm, so I was thinking that he had had a good adjustment and talk with the Dr and set up a future appt. He was so frustrated and annoyed when he came home. He said that the whole appt was a waste of time. The Dr made him fill out all this personal information (which of course some of it he understood), but why do you need to know the personal details about his parents?!?! Also, after he filled that out he sat him down and said how he was all about helping people with their wellness needs and that he has a great business there and then he started going over these packages and asked him to pay over $300 that day for his appt. My husband was so irritated. He just wanted an adjustment. How about you do your job first and show that you are a competent Chiro in order to win over the client? Asking a new client to pay you $300+ for a session that you haven't even performed yet and he won't even know if you can help him? My husband said he wasn't going to pay anything for his time being wasted. The Dr then tried to lower the price to keep his interest - seriously, if you want to charge what you charge then own it - no one is asking you to lower your prices, but don't expect people to want to pay that if they haven't had your services yet. Needless to say he won't be going back and he wasn't able to get an adjustment that day. It is proving difficult to find any good chiros or bodywork here in Ohio. The search continues and I hope this review saves other people their time. At least call and make sure you won't be pressured into being good money before you receive an adjustment and ask a lot of questions before going in for an appt.

I was not able to reach anyone. Directions stated to book online, but there were no options online for redeeming a Groupon initially. I figured I'd just try to call a bit later and hope to reach someone. I was very excited to have my first reiki experience. I have had so many stressors in my life, and was on a mission to try different ways to find peace and balance. Being unsure of reiki, I figured a Groupon deal would be a great way to see if I like it. Dealing with this place became another stressful and negative experience. Very disappointing for a place that promises healing and well being. Anyway, I waited a couple of weeks and called again in some spare time. No one answered, again, but I left a voicemail. Someone then text me back in response to my voicemail and told me that since they were having trouble with Groupon customers showing up for their visits, they were now chargIng a $10 NON-refundable deposit just to book an appointment. This response took me by surprise, but I figured it would be ok as long as that $10 maybe went towards the tip or something. When I asked what the $10 would be used for, and if it would go toward the tip, the response I got was quite rude and unprofessional. I was told that if I had a problem with the policy, I could request a refund from Groupon. This is not how Groupon works, however. I was not able to just request a refund from Groupon because I had already viewed my Groupon voucher and Groupon policy states that you cannot request a refund once it is viewed. I've never had an issue with Groupon before, I did not expect to have an issue now and again I was very excited to book. Also, on Ase's website, it asks for the Groupon code, which you can only see by opening the Groupon voucher. I have a feeling Ase already knew that though. So after spending more time trying to find out how to get a hold of groupons customer service, I was finally able to get a refund. I have included images of the text message interactions with Asè. As a business, it is not in good taste to punish your customers for the mistakes of other customers. If you didn't like how the Groupon deal was working out for you, as a business, you suck it up and keep your end of the bargain anyway, because you agreed to it--you don't change the policies and treat your prospective clients like garbage. It's as if a pre-teen is in charge of this business. As a place who promIses healing and balance, you left me feeling anything but positive experiences. You should be ashamed of yourselve

This was the first time I've been since they've changed locations. The office is beautiful. I…read morearrived early to make sure I found it. One thing I noticed while waiting is that the receptionist knew everyone and greeted them by name, it was really nice. She had such a genuine energy. The reason I came in was due to lower back pain caused by a myriad of reasons. Dr Zoller took the time to sit with me and discuss not only the pain but asked other lifestyle questions to determine a whole picture. Even though I was the last appointment of the day I was not rushed at all. What I must appreciate is that he doesn't try to immediately put you in a plan and suck as much money from you as he can. He told me that my issues could be caused by other factors and if I don't have relief within a few weeks he could refer me elsewhere to check into some things. I love when a doctor knows what their limits are and cares enough to let you know if it's outside of those limits. Dr Zoller then put me on the table to feel out some of the issues and made sure to tell me if I feel uncomfortable with any hand placements or anything he's doing for any reason to let him know and he'd stop. He noticed an area in my Beck that needed adjustment and checked with me before doing so since I came in mainly for my back. Even though it had been several years since I'd been in, Dr Zoller asked about my job and my family like it had only been a month. Im excited to continue my care here and glad that Dr Zoller remains a stand up human being.
