Monday I received a callback and got an appointment for the next day Tuesday, Phillip was our technician and had the water softener issue resolved in minute. ( Transformer power supply was bad ). That portion was covered under warranty I had mentioned that water pressure had been steadily been decreasing and Phillip checked a couple of things and we found out that the Well pump pressure was not sufficient enough for proper back flushing of the water softener system. He had the parts to Install a new pump on his work van and proceeded to install a new well pump. Had a couple of leaks from the brand new Well pump specifically 2 orings were never installed at the factory. Phillip was told by his supervisor to use Teflon tape to fix the leak. When Phillip was done with the job he informed me to call the the office and request that a new pump be installed due to the Orings missing directly from the factory. That evening I called Water Care America and spoke with Bryan and he sent Phillip back out the next day to install the missing orings. Could not be happier with the Service Technician and Water Care America's service and professionalism provided to me.

So I called clean water America, they sent a technician, Brian, out the next day and he not only fixed our smelly water but went through and taught me how the well system works. Brian was very friendly and very knowledgeable he told me about different upgrade options I had, he was very honest and sincere and did not feel like he was just trying to upsell me. I will definitely use clean water America again in the future

I was told the high cost was due to the inclusion of a "Gold Membership". That included various discounts on future dispatch fees, parts and labor, a 1 year additional warranty on installed parts, priority service, and an annual "comprehensive" plumbing inspection. I rarely need plumbing service, so I asked what would the cost be without the Gold Membership. That cost was about $20 higher and I would not get the additional 1 year warranty on the installed flush valve!! So I went with the original quote to get the job done. The next day I got an email to schedule my annual "comprehensive" plumbing inspection. The inspection would include (1) documenting all fixtures & equipment (2) documenting the age and condition of entire plumbing system (3) treating drains to prevent clogs (4) providing 3 lists for future maintenance. I scheduled the inspection for 9 a.m. I was told they like to schedule these as their first call of the day since it will take about 2 hours. No one shows at 9 a.m.! I don't receive any communication. Two very young, inexperienced plumbers finally arrive at 10:40! (Had another call). Here's what they did for my comprehensive inspection. They (1) turned on and off faucets and shower heads and (2) took pictures of showers, sinks, toilets, the water heater and the viewable plumbing to those fixtures. That's it!! The "inspection" took 15 minutes with no questions or commentary. They did not flush toilets nor did they turn off and on the valves to fixtures and dishwasher. As they were about to leave, I pointed out an issue with removing the kitchen sink faucet aerator. I had recently replaced all others but could not remove the kitchen aerator. One of the plumbers tried but, likewise, could not remove it. He said he would check with someone back at the shop and get back to me. They went to their vehicle and completed and emailed to me my Gold Inspection Form. That form included the pictures taken as well as a checklist of items they apparently "inspected" while taking the pictures. The form also included some further information about the 1 year additional warranty provided with Gold Membership. Get this....in order to get the 1 year additional warranty, the Gold Membership must be renewed in the SECOND year!!! (So the 1 year additional warranty that was supposedly included in the $462.28 for the toilet flush valve, that started this whole fiasco, was NOT really included!!) After all this, I'm sure what next happened will not surprise anyone. One of the plumbers returned and stated that I NEEDED TO PAY MY GOLD MEMBERSHIP!!!! Oh by the way, it's been over a week, and no one has gotten back to me regarding the kithcen aerator. I'm not holding my breath. Bottom line, in my opinion, Mike's Plumbing is DEFINITELY NOT who you want to turn to for quality, professional plumbing needs. From the above, you can prescribe whatever adjectives you deem appropriate to their service.

Ramone was our installer and he was a pleasure to have in my home. There was a slight glitch with the install but he was quick to make it right. Mast Family Culligan has been a great company to deal with.

I was told the technicians would perform periodic 10‑point inspections and clean the aerator. However, each visit consisted only of emptying the aerator, which damaged my lawn, and lightly cleaning the top portion of the unit. (See photos from the morning after the service). They never cleaned the tank fully, often leaving it only half done. Eventually, sludge from the tank began coming through my faucets. This may or may not have been related, but it was certainly not the level of service I was led to expect. I was also told by their representative, Marcus Ide, that for the purchase I made that day, the Premium Services was included for the first year, that during their visits they would check the salt level and refill it if needed. That never happened. It became clear that what was verbally offered did not match what was actually included in the agreement. He also offered to help sell my removed equipment, but that, too, never happened. My advice: read the agreement carefully before you let anything be installed. Not everything they promise is actually included in the contract. I ultimately chose to get a reverse osmosis system from another company for my well water, and now I can safely drink from any faucet in my home.
