He didn't want to check their account statement to verify if a deposit was made and didn't want to contact the person I spoke with, nor give me her name for my records. I would not trust this company as far as I could throw an elephant. They make promises they don't follow through with, they have a very questionable office procedure for filing since I was unable to get any information on the work that was said was done. They have had my check for far to long for it not to have been processed and as the owner of this business MOT to know how to obtain the information for the questions I was asking is totally unacceptable.
