Sent my girlfriend here for a massage and she said left feeling unsatisfied. More stretching and less massaging involved. Not a lot of pressure used. Kind personality, but she got the impression that he is overly confident and didn't try harder to actually give a massage. She said he didn't make her feel uncomfortable in any way, but overall just did not actually provide a more firm and consistent massage. The room was also a bit cluttered and the vibe was kinda messy. Personally we prefer more clean and refined settings. Also the website says if you sign up for a massage to get $20 off but it is just a data broker that just steals your information. The advertisement doesn't actually provide anything, don't fall for it. Lastly, when asked what the difference is between deep tissue, sport massage, and simply therapeutic, he stated that it's all basically the same and he makes it up as he goes based on what he feels you need. Make sure to be specific in what it is you're looking for before proceeding. We chose him based on other reviews but unfortunately I don't think she would go back. read more

BUT as a woman obtaining a massage from a man, I have to wonder why it is that I felt as if he was consistently rubbing his crotch up against me? It was hard enough for me to question whether I was overreacting until a moment where I was laying on my stomach and felt his entire "package" placed in my right hand while laying on my stomach with my hand by my side. I've had many massages since then and can honestly say I know what is appropriate and what is not. This massage was INAPPROPRIATE. I'm humiliated and ashamed to have wasted my time there. Knovy is amazing! I had my first professional massage with him and I felt great afterwards. I am getting back into dancing again and sometimes my body gets sore from all the movement. I wanted to wait a while before writing a review. My mother and I had been having the same type of pain for a while that sometimes it wouldn't even let us sleep. I was tired of it and looked for something on Yelp, that's when we found Knovy. We booked an appointment and just through our communication on Yelp I felt welcomed. We arrived to our appointment about 20 minutes early so we had absolutely no problem waiting. We walked in and the place was very clean, with cookies and water set up while we waited. We explained to Knovy the problems we were having and he listened very attentively, genuinely caring about what we had to say. He fixed our center of gravity, and got on with the massage. The room itself had a very calming feel to it. After the massage Knovy explained some things we could do in order to try to avoid the pain we were having. It's been about a month or a little more, my mother and I feel amazing! My posture got so much better. We no longer feel the same pain we had, besides the soreness I get from working out or from work. I would absolutely recommend Knovy to anyone looking for a good massage experience. Knovy Nicolas is a great massage therapist and I absolutely recommend this place. When I first called I was experiencing one of the worst neck contractures of my life (I had been carrying this contracture from months and it had become kind of chronic and I was having headaches for many days in a row). First, he understood my situation, was considerate about the urgency of my call and managed to squeeze me in his schedule for the next day. Secondly, the massage was like medicine. The next day I was 70% better and as the hours went by I kept feeling better, lighter and even my ankles that were not the reason for my visit started feeling better as when you put oil in a machine. The next week, I scheduled a second visit and after that visit I completely recovered. He is clearly a skilled massage therapist who knows how to restore the body's healthy energy flow and is the kind of therapist I would recommend to anyone like me who has a terrible neck contracture/back pain and needs a professional therapeutic massage, but also to anyone who wants a relaxing experience. I came in with overall muscle and joint tension, and was able to relax more than I usually can during a massage and felt the blockages in my chest and my hips finally journey towards opening, after many aggressive self attempts, and I also received deep stretches in those areas. The neck massage was also bomb and more thorough than to what I was accustomed! I appreciated his timeliness, greeting me at the door and addressing every single issue I wanted worked on despite the constrained time schedule (I had work right after).
