After aeration I have dead spots that weren't there previously and no cleanup was done, but the bill is still for the same amount after emails there has still been no reply. I ended up doing the yard cleanup and overseed myself then they came after almost a month after power raking and aeration and all the holes had closed for seeds. So I paid for overseed, cleanup and aeration and received everything but cleanup after holes closed and after I spent almost 200 on seed and fertilizer I do not recommend. I've emailed about my concerns and others and still nothing has been done thats just bad business.

He never picked up the yard trash. He never returned to grind the tree stump he said he was going to. He never finished planting the grass seeds in the backyard as promised. He also planted the trees in our backyard which they all died in less than a year as they were planted with the root ball tied up and sticking far too much out of the ground. I reached out to Greg after seeing his reviews on Yelp. He initially returned our call right away and promptly removed all the dead trees so I am very disappointed with the outcome. We trusted Greg and his crews with the work we hired him to do. I do not recommend Greg as he has demonstrated to us clearly that he does not care about doing the job right and completing it. I do not believe that customer satisfaction is his priority.

My biggest concern was that the hedges and day lilies in the front yard would get damaged during the process. Before the work began, the crew took the time to speak with me and listen to my concerns. They were very friendly, professional, worked quickly, and took great care as to not damage the front yard.
