The staff are amazing--Matt is deeply knowledgeable, Laird brings so much fun and positivity every day, and Drew is always there when you call, ready to help. Everyone here is supportive, kind, and respectful. I came in with a recently broken foot, and not once did anyone pressure me to do something I couldn't. Instead, they adapted and encouraged me in exactly the ways I needed. The food is both delicious and flexible. I won't even mention how fabulous the chefs are - and they even explain each meal prep if you want to make it yourself ! While the program is protein-focused for muscle building, they really cater to each individual they'll adjust thoughtfully and mindfully. It makes you feel truly cared for. The facilities are beautiful. The rooms are fabulous, the environment feels comfortable and welcoming On top of that, Salt Lake City itself is gorgeous--between the hiking, the scenery, and the clean mountain air, it's the perfect backdrop for focusing on health and strength. I'm leaving United Fitness feeling healthier, stronger, and so grateful for the care and attention they pour into every guest. If you're looking for a program that blends expert fitness guidance with compassion, flexibility, and a truly beautiful setting, this is it.

Somehow the people at Unite Fitness managed to differentiate the weight training, no matter my experience or abilities. I never felt in competition with anyone, and there were plenty who were way more fit than I am. The program included so many facets of health and fitness. The chef prepared meals, visits by specialists like nutritionists. Choices of activities throughout the day after spending the morning in the gym. I hiked, I did water aerobics, yoga. The people who work there are sincere, friendly, and helpful. The people who attend have much in common and are dedicated to improving their health. The trainers were amazing! I actually borrowed money to stay for two weeks, and I couldn't be more grateful for my family's generosity. I can't recommend this highly enough!

I was blessed to finally get my long over due large diaphragmatic hiatal hernia with angulation of duodenum only 10 years late. It wasn't anyone from Rocky Mountain associated Physicians it was another physician who took is oath do no harm gave me medical intervention. Stop telling patients they don't have hernia almost cost me my life. Shame on you and broken medical community! Utah has a medical failure of know where to report or get medical intervention. Utah needs to change and fix laws.

Loved my surgeon (Dr. Paulk) and other family members have loved their experiences with the other surgeons here. Nothing wrong with the surgeons, as far as I'm concerned. Surgery - went well, few bumps along the way. I was up and walking around shortly after surgery, and had good weight loss overall. I had the sleeve done. A few issues were on my end; my body is weird, and I knew this going into the process. Office staff - TERRIBLE! Their medical advice from non-medical professionals (didn't know that when I took their advice) sent me to the ER twice. You see the surgeon twice - consult, and day of surgery. But the office staff is a constant point of contact. And they're terrible here. WHY are non-medical professionals giving medical advice? Once look at my chart would have shown prescribing me an OTC medication would negatively interact with a medication I'm on. Thanks for the overnight ER visit; much appreciated. (That's sarcasm.)
