Sim's driving school is really suck. I would like to rate zero start if it's possible. Never ask it to schedule your load test. Their staffs changed my load test date again and again, even there was only THREE days left, and then schedule my the busiest day to take test. I had told them I was not OK on Monday, but they just didn't care. More terrible thing was I couldn't change the schedule, couldn't refund. If you said you were not prepared, they would schedule one more driving practice, and then disappeared at that day. Even you called to the driving school no one would answer. In other words, they only care about how to make you take test as soon as possible and then earn money from next victim, but not care about your personal schedule and whether you are prepared, because you have signed you can't refund. They never send emails and messages although you ask, so you have no evidence about their any words. So if you have plenty of free time to waste on clarifying which day is you road test day, or you want to taste the experience which argues with them why they just say "okay" but not follow their promise, so be it. Good luck. But for me, I hope someone could told me these things before I paid for them, so that I would not get a fail and waste my money and mood. read more

To begin with, giving a 1 star to this driving school is an insult to other companies having 1 star. We took his classes and booked him to be a sponsor for our road test. He was unbelievable rude during the classes but still we took it helplessly as we already paid upfront. On the day of examination, he was literally responsible for us to fail. Examiner was trying to open the door of this old car and was having trouble, my wife bent over to open the door with leg firmly on the break, he jumped from the back seat, came to the front almost near the rear view mirror and started scolding my wife " What are you doing, what are you doing do not open the door, the examiner completely lost impression and my wife got soo nervous that she did few errors. Even if he felt we did not keep leg on the break he could have nicely said from the back don't open the door. I strongly suggest no one should ever take classes from him. read more

SIMs driving school is a scam. They will tell you that is costs $660 to take their classes and get a discount on your insurance but it is a lie. They don't tell you about the $200 fee for the class sessions you have to pay. And then they don't tell you about the $15 fee for the Drivers Ed Certificate. When you confront the owner about his dishonesty he will yell at you and call you an accuser. They never pick up their phones and none of this is explained on the website or on receipts. If you want to actually learn how to drive your better off teaching yourself instead of wasting your money and going to this driving school. Nobody speaks English so they try to teach you by yelling at you behind the wheel in a different language. your basically paying for nothing and it's not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I only went to this place because everywhere else was booked but definitely try to find a different driving school and a different place to take your road test. read more

This driving is probably one of the worst in Middlesex County. All what they want is your money. They don't teach you anything, they say they want you to be a "safe and cautious driver" but yell at you for every little mistake. They would rather get mad at you before they even teach you what you did wrong. The only driving instructor that was actually good was Thara. He was so sweet and wouldn't yell and every-time you did make a mistake. I remember my first road lesson Bora Sim was SO RUDE he almost made me cry. Again that was my very first road lesson and he was mad because I didn't have everything down yet. Maybe you shouldn't be working with people if you're going to get that mad easily. And the people who do the road tests are also very very rude. He yelled at me because he himself wasn't being clear with instructions. It's Lowell it's a busy city, so every time something would happen out of the blue on my test he would blame me for it. He didn't even give me a chance. If you're a parent and reading this don't send your child to Sim. And if everything is booked wait and find a better driving school. It's a scam read more

NOT EVEN BBB REGISTERED!?!?!? Should've looked up that detail FIRST not last, but unfortunately I didn't. Had 3 hour sessions there already, was told I am ready for my license, just need to work on the jitters I get. Went for another lesson today with a new instructor, and was out of the car in less than 5 minuets!! Was not even off my street before I was being yelled at. Literally, yelled at! I could not see past the corner as I had stopped to ensure pedestrians were not present, when I then went to pull forward to see past the two buildings on either side he yelled at me to stop that I did not have the right to pull forward. When there was a small break in traffic in the very limited view available he told me to hurry and go. I did not as I could not see the oncoming traffic through a building. He began screaming at me to hurry and go! I took the turn and he told me to pull over. I put on my signal, began slowing, when he grabbed my wheel and began pulling it to the right while screaming at me that he said to pull over. Plain and simple: I was not treated with respect, I was treated as if my safety did not matter, I was robbed $50 because I paid for a service I did not receive. read more

They are the worst people I have ever dealt with. I made the appointment for my mother to take her drivers test and the teacher was rude. My mother couldn't understand what he was saying and he yelled at her the whole time. Worst of all he told her she did everything right and she ended up failing her test because he didn't teach her correctly. I am shocked this place still exists. Teachers should be patient with their student especially if the student is paying 100 dollars for just an hour of your time. He was really arrogant just because my mother couldn't understand him. My mom came home crying because of him yelling at her, he made her nervous and she needed up failing her test. I hope this place gets their act together and learns how to be decent to other human beings. I do not recommend this dumb to anyone. For much cheaper you can find someone much better and patient to help you learn the rules of the road. read more

Honestly this place doesn't even deserve any stars. It's so over priced for a place where all bums work. You pay a total of 665 for everything to be included. Most other places are a total of 550 or 600 with everything included. It's a rip off and I recommend you don't ever come here. Their service with individuals suck too. I paid for my road test about a month ago and they still haven't booked a day for me. I was promised that my road test was gonna be a specific day if I paid on a certain day so I decided to pay. They've put me off for a long time. I've finished drivers Ed 2 months ago. I honestly feel like their front desk workers are bums they don't know how to give good service. I had to annoy the girl just to book my last road lesson. I called her she said she would do it so I said okay I believe her. One week later it still wasn't booked so I decided to call again and guess what? She said the same thing! So I told her okay. I called her back 2 hours later because I knew she was bull-Ing it. Then she said "I didn't book it yet I'll do it tomorrow". Nice words of saying "I'll do it" the first time I called. With that being said I feel like the front desk workers just sit at their desk doing nothing. Because of this I call them bums, you're there to work and help customers finish everything not push it off to the side. If you can't handle all of it and make excuses maybe you should apply for a new job. So all in all I recommend you DO NOT COME HERE. Unless you want to get ripped of like me. They don't care if you learn or not, their in it for the money and only the money. If you want you can come here and get ripped of like me. Then you'll see how it feels. I wish I could get my money back and have them remove the certificate so I can pay for drivers Ed some other place. read more
