Their staffs changed my load test date again and again, even there was only THREE days left, and then schedule my the busiest day to take test. I had told them I was not OK on Monday, but they just didn't care. More terrible thing was I couldn't change the schedule, couldn't refund. If you said you were not prepared, they would schedule one more driving practice, and then disappeared at that day. Even you called to the driving school no one would answer. In other words, they only care about how to make you take test as soon as possible and then earn money from next victim, but not care about your personal schedule and whether you are prepared, because you have signed you can't refund. They never send emails and messages although you ask, so you have no evidence about their any words. So if you have plenty of free time to waste on clarifying which day is you road test day, or you want to taste the experience which argues with them why they just say "okay" but not follow their promise, so be it. Good luck. But for me, I hope someone could told me these things before I paid for them, so that I would not get a fail and waste my money and mood.

The guy makes every excuse in the books basically he will give preference to those getting ready to take the test by back loading the lessons. My sons last Lesson was 3/18 now its 4/26 He has texted him every day since the last class to try to schedule his next lesson and still no response. I think my next action will be small claims court and reporting him to the Secretary of state as well as the better business bureau. Stay away from this business.

Don't give them your business or your child's! THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY CASH probably so they don't have me on a record somewhere and to avoid taxes and fees from the state I'm sure. When I contacted the school originally in the beginning of MARCH the "owner" ( btw everyone who works for this school claims they are the owner, I still can't find out who owns it) scheduled me for 2 weeks of road lessons and I was told I can take a road test the third week. Totaling 3 week process, seemed great, I took it! Little did I know road lessons would be CANCELED by them or they would have NO AVAILABLE SLOTS weeks at a time, every time I had a road lesson they would show LATE TO PICK ME UP and DROP ME EARLY. They however had no problem CHARGING FULL PRICE even for time I wasn't in the car... So last road lesson was April 12, I was finally contacted June 16th about a road lesson for June 26th. I said yes! ( I do need me license after all this) June 26th came they still did not get back to me about a time slot for this day. At 3PM I get a message from one of their "owners" reading: "Just making sure you got my text about your time this evening 615PM.." WHAT!!??!! So I asked about this supposed text they sent me and told them I haven't heard from them in ten days at all. The response I got was "OK. So are you coming?" Did I mention their lack of professionalism? They sent me no screen shot or anything showing they texted me didn't try to prove they did because they know that they did not but don't want to be held accountable. And by the way no I did not go to that road test even though I paid a bit towards it already and they have that money. You think I'll get a refund? Probably not. But I'd rather bring me business else where. I have went forward and contacted the Better Business Bureau of Massachusetts in Marlborough to inform them of our situation here.

After asking for a subtle, natural looking redish-orange color, I came out looking like a fire truck. In all fairness, I should have just left when the teacher first insulted the color I wanted, but I was so taken aback that I didn't know what to do. The students were pretty unprofessional, and goofing off during my service. Only good thing I can say was that it was cheap.

The place is definitely not up to date or fancy. In fact, you walk in and it's kind of a mess lol. The girls have their bags and food and coffees everywhere- BUT ITS A SCHOOL. It's a little crowded and noisy all of which can be off putting, but my hair looked REALLY nice when all was said and done. The students are learning so they are super cautious and take their time. They also will stop to get their instructors advice (which admittedly made me nervous) but all in all, I was soooo happy with my hair. I worked with two different students (the first girl had to leave early) for a wash, cut and dry. They were very nice to me and did a great job. For $7, I can't speak highly enough about my experience. But you need to have realistic expectations!!!! I cannot stress this enough. If you're looking for a quick cut or a fancy salon experience GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. But if you want a nice professional haircut done by students under the supervision of a teach, this place is great!
