Even with notes taken by staff you called and you were verified you had coverage. But later were told you don't have coverage. This company didn't even want to follow the manufacturer guidelines or testing requirements of the medication that was prescribed. Clearly discriminating leaving clients with life savings medications. Unacceptable!
