I came 10 min early, the staff was very friendly. The office was clean and decorated beautifully. I was greeted warmly and the. taken back quickly to get measured and vitals done. Next, I came to a beautiful office and waited about 10 min for the Dr. the Dr. and I chatted and went over my medical history and concerns for 1 hour. Very great experience and a very sincere human. I felt extremely at ease and could understand everything we talked about. I have a positive outlook for my health and happy I found someone who can support my goals. Dr Morse treated my wife for hormone imbalance for several months. The outcome was less than average until her last appointment a couple weeks ago. Then things got really bad. Dr Morse implanted testosterone " pellets " without performing a full blood panel. This overdose led to multiple side effects including some that could be classified as " dangerous " including hypertension and tachycardia. Dr Morse has also engaged in unprofessional conversations with my wife pertaining to his personal/ marital problems. This behavior is unbecoming of a physician and should not be tolerated. We will be following up with the AMA with regard to this. read more

Easy 5 Stars for Absolute Health!! I've been coming to see Dr. Justin Morse (Naturopath) for about 5 months now. I'm generally a healthy guy, and I've been in some pain for a few years now, my back, feet, and joints have all been the main issues. My wife pushed me to search for a different Dr for this issue, so I decided to visit Dr. Morse Vs my family physician. Dr. Morse wanted to run a blood test to check my hormone levels. He had a suspicion about what was wrong, but he had to make sure. It turns out that his assumption was correct, my hormone levels were out of whack! We started the process, and after 2 months, I'm feeling MUCH better than I ever have in the past 4 years. My body aches have started to subside, my back has been feeling great, joints are slowly getting better, my mental acuity is on point, and to be honest, any progress is good progress. Dr. Morse didn't make any crazy claims, or make any dramatic promises. He simply explained what he thought what could've been wrong, explained the reason behind it, then explained how his treatment could correct all that is going wrong. He broke it down into laymen's terms, all of which I appreciated. I'm back to feeling 34, instead of feeling like a 34 year old in a 75 year old body. I first went to Dr. Morse after a major shoulder injury. I had two different surgeons suggest two different surgeries. I decided to look into PRP therapy/treatments. After receiving PRP treatments from Dr. Morse, my shoulder is back to full health. Worst customer service ever!!! They were training, so were behind, which is understandable. My appt was at 10:30. A lady with an appointment at 11:00 came in. At 11:10 Dr Morse came out to say he was running behind and the client said she was on her lunch. He knew her and quietly told her to just come back and he would take her. At 11:20 I said I had to leave, as I had another appointment at 11:30. I won't be back there, ever. read more

I've had such an opposite experience! I ended up paying something around $800 for one appointment. Watch out for signing contracts! When you find out it's a bunch of "medicine" based on 2 clinical studies in the 1970s you want OUT! I haven't written a review- I left over 3 years ago. Let bygones be bygones. I feel like I got ripped off, but whatever- I signed up. But here's what I did not sign up for- YEARS of spam emails!! Years!! I keep unsubscribing but it ignores me. Enough! STOP! I told you in person what I thought, please-please-please STOP it!! By the way- be forwarded- if you want real medicine, real Hormone replacement, etc., be really careful here. I work in medicine and this is a place you want to stick to topical/facial services- not real medicine. If you have legit medical or psychological issues there are a dozen better places all around Eugene. Keep it to vitamins & facials. read more

I went in for the HGC weight loss and was consulted for hormone replacement. They said they bill insurance, but not really. I paid $500 to start the HGC program, which includes an ionic foot bath ( a scam, look it up), infrared saunas (no better than any sauna), and 6 weekly visits for a weigh in and a B shot. The program consists of 500 calories a day, which is dangerously low. The HGC did NOTHING. You're better off going to Monarch if you have insurance, or weight watchers. As for the hormone replacement, Dr. Morse insists on using compounded medications that are not FDA approved and not covered by insurance. So, if you have about $1500 every year for hormone replacement, go for it! I'll just work with my in-network doctor and FDA-approved medications. He's a very likable person, but not really worth the high price IMO. read more

As a new customer last month I will undoubtedly be back in for future visits. The two front office people Heidi and Sarah are so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere of the front office is relaxing and calming. As for Dr. Morse he spent more time explaining the process of Botox injections than any of my past injectors have put together. Instead of lying to me about needing 30 units and increasing his profit he was truthful in telling me that I would only need 23 units. Which saves me roughly $100. I am very impressed with how honest he is. In addition, Dr. Morse was right on time with my scheduled appointment and I received an appointment reminder call two days before. Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience at Absolute Health and have refereed many friends to them for Botox injections. read more

I think Dr. Morse is credible and thorough. He did a great job helping me to regulate and balance my hormones. The botox was not so good though. Not so happy with the results. I purchased Botox through Groupon. I was running 10 min late for my appointment du to the traffic on Delta freeway so I called and let them know. Lady said: "No problem!" I came and there was no body at the reception deck. I was waiting and waiting then I was saying: "Hello! Hello???" 5 min late lady showed up. She gives me paper to fill up and left. Came back 3 min after and said: "We will not to de Botox for you today because you are 15 min later." Well, first I would be only 7-10 min late if I didn't spent the rest of the time waiting for her and the next I wish she said me that over the phone, so don't have to drive so far for nothing. It was my fault for being late but the attitude of the receptionist was not friendly and didn't make me fill welcome. It is look like they don't care if they have business with you or not! I called Groupon and asked for refund. I will not go to Absolute Health Medical Center anymore. They acting like they are doing favor for you just being there and lady from reception better be replaced with somebody more professional if they want more customers keep coming back to them. read more

Absolute Health has changed my life! I recommend anyone you is looking for exceptional naturopathic care to come here and visit Dr. Morse and his incredible staff. I have hypothyroidism and was told by my last doctor that there were no more options in helping me overcome my extreme exhaustion and difficulty losing weight due to my thyroid issue. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received at Absolute Health Medical Center. I needed to do a parasite cleanse but didn't know which one to choose and someone there who I felt was very knowledgeable in this area recommended to me a product they sell and told me it was "all Natural" After I bought it I discovered that it was not "All Natural" and wanted to return it. The Seal was unbroken and the plastic around the tops of the bottles were still in tact. They would not accept the return nor allow me "in store credit" so to speak. I realize it is my mistake for not reading the ingredients first but in my defense no one explained that "All sales are final" to me . They claim to have a sign posted "no returns" I never saw one, no one told me that at the time of purchase, and the receipt they gave me had no such details on it. I feel that if the customer is not satisfied do something to make it right but all I was told is to take the loss so that they wont have to. I will not be doing any further business with Absolute Health Medical Center in the future. read more
