I submitted an inquiry online at their website with a photo, and I received a phone call from James literally moments after submitting. He gave me a quote which seemed very reasonable. We verbally agreed on the date and time, but I didn't receive a text or email confirmation. I texted the morning of the scheduled pickup, and James called me back to confirm. He arrived right on time with his brother, and they handled everything very professionally. They were also extremely friendly which was a nice plus. One note: they don't take credit cards which I didn't realize. Luckily I was able to pay with Zelle. Just keep this in mind. Requested a pickup on Friday 4/3 for a queen mattress and was quoted $65, consistent with the pricing listed on their website. When Friday didn't work, I was told the same time on Saturday would be scheduled instead. That pickup never happened. I reached out again on Sunday to reschedule for Monday, at which point I was told the price was now $85 due to "inflation." That explanation doesn't hold up given the original quote was provided just two days prior. Lack of follow-through combined with inconsistent pricing makes this difficult to trust. Very simple process. Booked online and we received a call to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment, he called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He hauled our 4 year old POS Whirlpool freezer for just $45. Republic Service referred me to Chill-Tec to pick up the freezer but I called and some guy- maybe James, answered and said he charges $75 and is only available on Thursdays. Would definitely use Sin City Junk for any large items that need disposal- it seems to be the cheapest, the most convenient and the guy picking up the stuff doesn't give off any odd vibes. read more
