They are not the best at responding to quote requests/messages on Yelp, as I did that and got no response. However, my husband called and they were prompt to answer and quick to help us out. They had the best price (I got at least 5 quotes from other companies) and did great work hauling away our broken up cinder blocks and concrete. They also made sure to clean up after themselves! Needed a spa removed from a tight backyard. Looked around online to get ideas on a price point. Came across this website late in the evening so I requested an online quote. I received a call the following morning from Susan and all of my questions were answered. I had to run it by someone before scheduling so I told them I would call back later. Once I got the go ahead, it was 6:58pm. I called and was completely surprised that someone picked up. Got everything scheduled for spa removal with an appointment time between 11:00am-1:00pm the following day. Advised for them to call me on their way since I would not be at the house. They arrived around 9:15am and got to work. Carson gave me a call at 10:40am when they were almost done so I could head to the house. I arrived and everything was done! We just moved here from Hawaii and the home we bought has a massive amount of rock and falling down rock walls. When I called Randy responded immediately. He said we can split it up into different loads, to make it more affordable and to fit our budget. They came out for the first time this morning. All I can say is that they're the nicest guys!!!! When I expressed my concern that the spa was not protected and asked if they had a blanket to protect it, they did not. We had our own thankfully. They were alright. On time and price was fair. I had a hot tub removed. My issue was that after I found debris scattered around my yard, like sharp wood chips and clumps of insulation. Also, afterward I discovered they had cut my garden hose with the all saw equipment and no one mentioned it to me at all. I have to now go and buy a new garden hose. read more

I spoke with Susan regarding a clean up of my mother's hoarder house. When she passed I was finally able to clean up the monstrosity that she had left behind. Due to the circumstances behind losing my Mother I completely forgot about our appointment the first time. Susan was kind enough to call me after arriving to the house and waiting on me for more than 30 minutes. We rescheduled to a better time and I apologized over and over. Susan was more worried about how I was doing than she was with the missed appointment. I knew right then that this was who I would be hiring for the job. The job took three days and Susan was present all three days directing and helping clean up. They filled two 40 foot dumpsters with trash and junk and still took all leftover things that were reusable and in good shape to a donation center. I have no idea how Trusted Hauling and Cleanup received five stars? But, it is just two reviews. I called this company and made an appointment with a middle aged lady and she set the time and date and I confirmed back to her the time and date. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I left my work and raced to the property to make sure I was ahead of time....I was at the property 30 ahead of time. I waited, and waited for two hours...NO ONE SHOWED UP! AND, NO PHONE CALL TO ME TO EXPLAIN THEY ARE NOT COMING! I called them and no answer. I called the next day and spoke with the same middle aged lady and explained that no one showed up. She said "oh"! Let me see our appointment schedule....no explanation....she was the one who set the appointment (Susan) the OWNER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you cannot trust them to come to an appointment on time or NOT AT ALL then how can you trust them on a price or the follow through in getting the work accomplished. Very, very poor work ethic.
