The vanilla latte was layered with flavor to the last sip. The first thing I noticed was how smooth the coffee was, but also paired with a robust coffee flavor. It was not bitter at all. There's something special about this coffee - one of the best I have ever had. The smoothie was great as well. It wasn't sweet, which was appreciated. It tasted like a healthy option for breakfast. Now, the coffee is amazing. We got the cold brew, which was incredibly smooth and rich. They roast their own beans and we can easily tell they care a lot about the quality of their coffee. Their coffee shop is the only one open early in the morning and it's tucked inside the new Selina hostel. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back!

We had a very attentive server who checked on us and cleaned the table several times. We ordered the Media Luna sandwich, the oatmeal, the mini hot cakes, and the scrambled eggs. My oldest son really liked the mini hot cakes, from the presentation to the taste. My youngest ordered the oatmeal and really enjoyed it. My wife had the scrambled eggs and was not impressed. I had the Media Luna sandwich and wasn't really impressed either. We ordered coffee, hot chocolate, and a cappuccino. The drinks were the largest servings we had in Tulum so far. La Pebeta is a good, not great, option for breakfast if you are in the area.

Not only for the different caffeinated and alternative milk options (almond, soy, oat, coconut, etc...), but for one of the strongest wifi signals anywhere on the beach. Because this shop is part of a cluster of businesses who all share common space, it was noticeably better than anywhere else in our surrounding area. You can also get some healthy breakfast options, juices, etc... And the shaded outdoor hang is just the way to start any day whether you're a tourist or local.

We also got a wide variety of drinks which I recall being absolutely delicious. As always in Tulum, the service was fantastic, enriching our overall experience. If you stay in Tulum and not on a resort, I recommend swinging over to this spot to try the delicious food for brunch!
