The vanilla latte was layered with flavor to the last sip. The first thing I noticed was how smooth the coffee was, but also paired with a robust coffee flavor. It was not bitter at all. There's something special about this coffee - one of the best I have ever had. The smoothie was great as well. It wasn't sweet, which was appreciated. It tasted like a healthy option for breakfast. In times of COVID I would expect places to encourage to-go orders instead of charging extra. The reasoning I was given was "To save the planet" but wouldn't they then encourage to-go orders and plant based milk options if saving the plant was the true motivation instead of covering the costs of paper cups? Regardless, it was good coffee but the seating was not really socially distanced which makes it hard to want to stay in and sit down in leisure.

My husband loves the breakfast burrito and the avocado toast with spinach and egg was my favorite. For lunch, the fish tacos are fantastic and the margaritas are fresh and the perfect mix of sweet and tart. Plus the drinks are 2 for 1 in the afternoon. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that had ham, goat cheese with mushrooms and a egg on top. It was fantastic. My wife got the chilaquiles. She liked hers as well. The third time! Haha so now you get where I'm going with this. This place is great. Ok the third visit. I get the avocado toast with goat cheese and zucchini and sun dried tomatoes. Excellent! My wife got the croque monsieur. Very good. In summary we experienced really good food and great service. If and when we return to Tulum we will definitely be coming back.
