The potstickers also had lots of flavor and was the perfect texture with just the right amount of crisp. The donuts, oh wow. These are amazing! I would come back just for these alone! They were served hot and drizzled with a perfect amount of sweetened condensed milk, they were so good. We ordered vegetarian dumplings, vegetarian fried egg rolls, chicken dumplings, pork Chinese buns, and chicken rice noodle soup. Every dish was flavorful and fresh. The soup in particular had a rich, comforting broth with tender chicken, noodles, and cabbage. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and service was fast. The woman working the truck was friendly and welcoming, even with the wind and rain coming down. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bellingham. If you look on our Uber eats app, they are probably the most ordered on our three accounts. Before we have had issues with inconsistency but never anything to really prevent us from ordering again. Until today. It wasn't even the inconsistency and lack of blatant concern for the special instructions. I told him id be making a formal complaint to UBER eats about this becuase now i have to spend more money to get my kids dinner. He simply couldve swapped the food out. I am pretty sure he cooked all the satee styles together, or did not switch pots in between ( they were the exact same order just one with a different level of spice) THERE ARE OTHER LOCAL RESTAURANTS MORE WORTHY OF YOUR DOLLAR.
