Their menu is really easy to read and understand and they are very friendly and quick. They give you a buzzer you can take with you and go find somewhere to sit which is great. We decided to try the rice noodle soup with beef, potstickers and donuts. The soup was amazing. So much flavor and packed with lots of noodles and beef. You get quite a bit for what you pay for. The potstickers also had lots of flavor and was the perfect texture with just the right amount of crisp. The donuts, oh wow. These are amazing! I would come back just for these alone! They were served hot and drizzled with a perfect amount of sweetened condensed milk, they were so good. Our food came out quick and hot and for how much food you get and the quality of food you get it's definitely worth it. We will be back!

The setup includes a couple of food trucks and a covered beer garden with seating. We decided to grab our food to go since the weather wasn't cooperating, but everything still tasted amazing back at our hotel. We ordered vegetarian dumplings, vegetarian fried egg rolls, chicken dumplings, pork Chinese buns, and chicken rice noodle soup. Every dish was flavorful and fresh. The soup in particular had a rich, comforting broth with tender chicken, noodles, and cabbage. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and service was fast. The woman working the truck was friendly and welcoming, even with the wind and rain coming down. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bellingham. If the weather is better, we will stay and eat in the beer garden. This place is a great find.

If you look on our Uber eats app, they are probably the most ordered on our three accounts. Before we have had issues with inconsistency but never anything to really prevent us from ordering again. Until today. It wasn't even the inconsistency and lack of blatant concern for the special instructions. IT WAS THE OWNERS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR that made me leave this review and will PERMANENTLY remove EMW from my rotation. I ordered my usual today. 3 satee meals - one extra spicy and one chow mein regular. Now as I said before we order ALLLLLL the time so we are very aware of their menu and how their food should taste... might I also add we are from the caribbean, so we arent afraid of spicy food. I shared my kids dinner as I normally would, and my one year old started screaming and hollering gasping for air crying HOT hot hot.. I grabbed her and my husband checked the box and said no this is hers. Well they didnt make ONE spicy ... they made ALL THREE extra spicy.. and asian spice is of a different level of heat. even now shes still drinking water and crying, 30 mins after. I simply called them saying there was an error on the order and i was wondering how i could switch out the food, expecting that i would just drive and swap them out. The lady on the phone did not really understand what i was saying so she put a gentleman on the phone who introduces himself as the cook and starts to immediately go off and insist that he did nothing wrong. I said to him we eat there all the time .. the regular satee stylie is fine for us.. my husband is the one who eats the extra spicy without blinking an eye. he continues to say he did nothing wrong and i said to him this is ridiculous i have nothing to feed my kids now, i cant even eat it. THIS MAN LAUGHED AFTER ME and continued to say that he did nothing wrong and when i tried to answer he hung up the phone one me. I called back He answered the phone i told him he was very rude to hang up the phone and that i need to speak to the manager. He said he was the owner and cook, and that hes not speaking to me further. I told him id be making a formal complaint to UBER eats about this becuase now i have to spend more money to get my kids dinner. He simply couldve swapped the food out. I am pretty sure he cooked all the satee styles together, or did not switch pots in between ( they were the exact same order just one with a different level of spice) THERE ARE OTHER LOCAL RESTAURANTS MORE WORTHY OF YOUR DOLLAR. IN A UNPRECEDENTED TIME LIKE THIS PLEASE SUPPORT THOSE WHO CARE, HAVE MANNERS AND ACTUALLY APPRECIATE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HELPING TO KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE IN MY LIFE. i DO NOT DESERVE TO BE YELLED AT AND MOCKED OVER AN ERROR ON A ORDER. THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY UNDESERVING OF THE KINDNESS OF THIS COMMUNITY!

The bun was incredibly fresh, light, and pillowy, while the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the perfect balance of richness and tang from the kimchi. The pickled vegetables added a bright crunch that tasted incredibly fresh. We started with the salmon tartare, and it was phenomenal! Rich, buttery, bursting with flavor, and so good we were literally fighting over the last bite. And the scallop? Order one for each person. Seriously. It's far too delicious to share. It had just the right amount of heat, leaving the perfect lingering warmth that immediately made us want another. Do yourself a favor and give yourself enough time to work your way through the menu, because every dish we tried was outstanding. Each plate was thoughtfully curated, beautifully executed, and cooked to perfection. I like to call it the C³ trifecta: curated, created, and cooked. Without question, this is some of the best food we've had in a very long time. We can't wait to come back (when visiting) and continue eating our way through the rest of the menu.

Ambiance was great - super warm and welcoming which was magnified by the host. Super lovely. Then the wait staff. Whoever is hiring/training is doing a great job! Not drinking right now but the cocktail menu was super tempting. Every menu item sounded great. We got some help on ordering from our servers and Tanya picked ones she had enjoyed before. We also sat right beside the pick up window so it was fun seeing food come out! The food was fantastic. See pictures for what we ordered. Not sure if I can remember the names of everything but it was a perfect combo!!

We knew we wanted spring rolls and wontons, so we ordered that when brought water. We decided on the seven flavor beef for the meal to split. The two apps came out quickly. The wontons were SO GOOD. And the spring rolls were well done but nothing special - solid sauce. The beef came out at the perfect time, right after we finished the apps. And Woweee! It is so good! The beef is tender and flavorful with the crispy lettuce underneath and delicious spices. It went well with the rice, which was perfectly cooked average white rice. We had enough beef left to make one more meal with our own rice. We will 100% be back and are so looking forward to the beef, wontons, and perhaps something new!

The ingredients have always been fresh and cooked excellently. The last two times have been disappointing. The service remains fine. But the food has drifted towards bland and mushy, more like grocery store take-out. The Wontons in Chili Oil were as good as always. The Garlicky Chicken, one of my all-time favorites, was bland and lacking crispness. No garlic flavor and lacking any character or wok hei. The Sweet and Sour Tofu lacked proper preparation. The tofu had not been drained, rendering it soggy and almost tasteless and diluting the sauce. The orange chicken was likewise uncharacteristically bland. Not sure what's happened. New chef? I notice that they have gotten much busier---a good thing for them. They charge top-tier prices which I've been happy to pay until now. But I hope the quality of the food reverts back to its prior excellence.
