Switched to Ed Staubs Propane, which is a far better company, told Amerigas to pick up their tank and was charged another $419.99! Disputed again and was charged a $36.00 late fee. They are the very definition of corporate GREED, not caring at all for their customers! A fish could give better customer service! I will be giving them lots of free advertising and warn anyone not to use them, they are Corrupt! Go with a smaller company who has better and way less costly services.

Hitch installation - missing parts, failed to re-assemble, unexplained damage and told that a…read morefamily emergency led to a unqualified employee finishing the work without being told. I paid U-Haul to install a hitch with wiring on my vehicle. When I picked up my car, everything looked fine. But later, I noticed the rear bumper was misaligned on the passenger side and something was hanging loose underneath. What I found: * About half of the screws, pins, and clips were missing, loose, or not properly attached to the anchor * The bumper had unexplained cutting damage in areas that shouldn't have been cut for the installation * Parts were beginning to fall down while I was driving on the highway The runaround: I contacted U-Haul when this happened (about 60 miles from home) and advised I needed a tow truck, but that was not provided. I temporarily reattached and secured what I could and contacted corporate when no one called me back days later. What they told me: The general manager eventually apologized and explained that the technician had a family emergency and left early on installation day. A customer service rep (CSR) finished the job instead. This was over a month prior, and no one ever told me about this problem. Where things stand now: I bought replacement parts myself and had them reinstalled by U-Haul, however afterward I got conflicting statements and a lack of accountability, despite their initial admission of fault. I've billed U-Haul for the time, mileage, and the parts I purchased while also documenting the issues, calls, replacement parts and emails. My future trust in this company will depend on how they respond and I'll update this review.

All so he could say that it did show in the system we had one reserved and that delivery was confirmed. But we needed to call in again and re-confirm it. Guy at the counter said he couldn't schedule it and I told him I came in because I was on hold for an hour and it was faster to just drive in. Wouldn't take that, said had to call in and wait to speak to someone who could schedule it. Even though I booked it online and was given a time by someone on the phone on Tuesday. Place is a joke and their call center isn't any better. Wish Pods had an office here because I am done with these clowns.

Each site has grass and a picnic table and appears to be level cement. Lots of young trees so not a lot of shade. Some sites are "premium" and all sites have full hook ups. They offer free WiFi but it doesn't work that great. No cable TV. I highly recommend staying here if you need an RV park in the tri-cities area! Don't bother going anywhere else!

But the main item of note for me: they fill propane tanks year-round, baby!
