They were extremely unprofessional, not careful to follow our clear instructions (meaning that most things had to be redone, putting us behind schedule with our clients) and did not have any sense of customer service. They went through two administrators in the brief time I worked with them, both of whom were very polite and efficient but unfortunately they don't seem to be able to keep that position filled. Rose Anne was always shrill with me and my office and when her lack of knowledge of upholstery and drapery terminology frequently resulted in a misunderstanding she became immediately and unnecessarily defensive, actually shrieking on the telephone on more than five occasions. Ultimately we were forced to collect at our own expense the furniture we had there for upholstery and take our business elsewhere. When calling around to other local businesses I was told that Rose Anne was notoriously shrill and impossible and they often got Hampton Interiors' former clients for that reason alone.

Judging by size of company I was expecting a legitimate service. Technician showed up with a handheld portable unit (equivalent to a Bissell Little Green) and used Tide detergent as the cleaning solution. I was aghast. We don't even use Tide to wash our clothing. I was extremely disappointed that there is so little due diligence for All Furniture to ensure their contractors are equipped with the correct equipment and cleaning supplies. No disrespect to the actual technician as he was nice and did perform the job. He did miss cleaning the sides and back of the sofa and the underside of the cushions however. I could have purchased this unit myself off of Amazon and used my own baby detergent if I knew it was going to be this shoddy of a service. I called the office to complain of the service and there was no follow up or rectification of our concerns. I do not recommend them for cleaning. * I understand this is my first review so you may take this with a grain of salt but I wouldn't waste my time writing this review unless I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.
