Deen helped pick the fabric, offered to refinish the chair but agreed that a touch up made more sense, and took at 50% deposit. He called when the fabric order was delayed, offering to let me choose another fabric or wait a few more days. The chair was gorgeous, delivered earlier than promised. The fabric choice was perfect and the "touch up" really made the chair look completely redone. I would definitely recommend to others. Mauricio directed his staff and communicated with me on the progress of the work. I am so pleased with the final product that maintains the mid century style to make it aesthetically beautiful and also functional. It now is a part of my living room and no longer just an accent piece. The quality craftsmanship is a great price value and will be enjoyed by us for many years to come.

But it seems the company is under new ownership. My more recent job with them was subpar. When I reached out to them, they tried to blame me for misusing the item. The item was a diner booth bench. I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

Honestly, I thought the only thing to be done with this couch was to throw it away. But in THREE days, these guys removed the upholstery, sewed new upholstery, then applied it.
