I went to see Natasia at Sinful Salon yesterday because of a Groupon. Natasia was very nice and the haircut is wonderful. The color, however, is so disappointing. I made an appointment for balayage highlights to avoid the harsh lines of foiled highlights and came out looking as if no color was done AT ALL. I told her that (1) I wanted lots of blonde put in my dark brown hair, (2) I wanted the highlights to begin pretty close to the roots, and (3) that my hair doesn't bleach easily -- she would need a stronger concentration than she'd expect. 90 mins of color processing later and I look NO DIFFERENT than when I sat in her chair. I don't have strong blonde highlights anywhere and the only color I have on the tips were from 17 months ago -- the last time I managed to save up the money to have my hair done. Keep in mind, she will TEASE and tangle your hair as part of the "dye" job. Having it combed out again after the wash was incredibly painful. Again, the cut is amazing, but I paid to have my hair colored blonde again and got nothing out of it. It's hard to cope with saving up, managing to find kid-coverage, and driving out to Littleton all for nothing. She's very sweet, but Natasia will do what she wants to your hair and it may not be what you asked for at all. Very disappointed. I can't speak for any of the other stylists but do NOT see Natasia. I hate getting my hair done. It's so time consuming and just a pain. It's even worse when I don't have a "regular" hair stylist that I like. I have very curly, thick hair, and I'd like to think I'm not picky, but I do have standards!!! I've been searching for a stylist for a long time. I found a Groupon for Kayla. She is located close to my home, so it was pretty convenient. I was able to schedule my appointment online and her location was easy to find. She was incredible!! My hair looks so cute! It's blonde (not white) in just the right places! She cut it in a way that if I want to wear it curly I can (its so hard to find a stylist who is comfortable with curly hair). Even though I was a Groupon customer, she treated me like I was paying full price, and my hair looks like I did!! I have her card, and WILL be contacting her to do my hair in the future. read more

I just left Sinful and I feel beautiful and well-treated. Came in with a Groupon and will definitely be visiting her again. Her prices are very very fair, so even as someone who doesn't have a big budget for hairdo, I feel like I could totally get cuts and styles whenever I need. Kayla is an excellent professional and so fun to talk to, which is important considering we spent the last three hours together! I have never had to write a bad review before but I hope I can save some other people the trouble. I received a groupon to visit Kayla for my birthday in NOVEMBER, I called immediately following the gift being given to me to set an appointment. I did not hear back so I tried again a couple of days later, I waited longer and called again. Then as one last stitch effort I texted as per her request on her voicemail because I was not getting a response. Upon the holidays hitting I figured she might get back to me, when she didn't I had to escalate to Groupon customer service to see if the gift could be refunded. They insured me that Kayla would handle the situation and give me a call within 3 business days, that also never happened. I've been debating whether or not to post this but I'm so upset that this happened. I have gone to Kayla for about 4 or so years now. She used to work at Michael of the Carlyle in Park Meadows and she always did a great job (hence the fact that I continued going to her for so long) but once she left Park Meadows, I noticed my hair wasn't coming out the way it used to. I strongly believe it's because she changed products to cheaper alternatives. The main reason why I'm writing this review is because I came to her wanting to do a major hair color change and she was the only person I trusted to touch my hair, after my first visit I left with hair that was as orange as a pumpkin (Not pictured) so she asked me to come in the following weekend...I left with my hair VERY orange still and VERY poorly colored (pictured) after this I was so upset, I decided to text her, she apologized and again asked me to come in the following weekend free of charge (that's 3 times in 3 weeks!!) this is where it got worse. After the third time bleaching my hair in 3 weeks you can imagine, it was damaged but to make matters worse the bleach was WAY over processed and left me with half of my hair GONE. Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a forgiving person but Kayla proceeded to wash, brush, and BLOW DRY my hair without saying a damn word! Kayla, I'm so furious that you didn't tell me that most my hair had broken off. I got into my car and cried, I feel like I at least deserved an apology from you and I know you knew how much hair fell out. Just the AC from my car was breaking my hair. I immediately went to a different salon and got a mask done in hopes it would save my hair...It didn't. I have had to wear my hair in a pony tail/bun almost everyday since June 16,2017. I've tried everything to repair my hair but there is no hope. I now have to cut even more of my hair off so it can stop breaking and grow. I specifically told Kayla I was afraid of my hair being ruined (several times via text and in person) but she always said it would be ok, it obviously wasn't. I have given Kayla a lot of business, 2 of my friends went to her, my mom and my sister did as well, I'll be surprised if any of them return after seeing the damage done to my hair. read more

I just had to be sure and write a review to say how AMAZING both my daughter's highlights turned out today (first-time clients). Kayla exceeded any hopes and expectations of how beautiful and natural both of their highlights look! They both were ALL smiles the whole way home and are overjoyed with the results.
